We had a very tight schedule that kept changing. V & S Tile worked until late in the evening and came in very early in the morning to insure that the work was done in time for our Community Day event.

We thought this was a good deal as we need a bathroom remodel. We contacted him, and Sergey Bodnaruk came out to give us an estimate. He looked over the work that needed doing, noted some particulars, and showed us pictures of some of the work he had done on his iPad. He promised to email us an estimate as he felt he would have to go over the offered price to do our bathroom. He gave us the specifications of the materials he would use and assured us he would discount us the portion of the cost we was discounting on the deal. He added there would be additional payment if we exceeded the specified amounts for the materials (tub, sink, toilet, tiling, etc.) That was the last we heard from him. We called him a week later when there was no emailed estimate as promised, and he said he was sorry, he was busy, and would send it by the end of the (2nd) week. Still no email by the end of the week, and my wife called twice more in the next three weeks eliciting his assurance that he would email the estimate to us. He never did. I would have preferred he flat-out told us he didn't want to do the job, instead of waiting over a month for the estimate email that never came. We were very disappointed.

The project went very well from the initial estimate to it's completion which took a little over a month from initial contact. The bathroom is in our master bedroom and is very small. That required several emails to confirm the shower stall and vanity dimensions after their initial measurements. They were very prompt, always arriving when they said they would. Having dealt with contractors many years ago when we had our house built (I was the GC), that was very important to us. They said the project would take 2 to 3 days, it took 21/2. So far we are very happy with the quality of their workmanship and materials used which included Kohler glass sliding doors that feel solid when opening and closing. There was a minor glitch with the water lines after they finished, but fixed the problem the following week.We had gotten an estimate to replace the tub with a shower (no vanity top or toilet included) from a company that specializes in one/two day tub/shower conversions that was 50% higher than what V & S quoted and charged for the shower, vanity top and toilet combined.They definitely provided good quality value for what we paid them!

I used them and they were very good. They were willing to do a great job and any task. They had underestimated the job but they didn't cut any corners and they didn't require me to pay any more. It was a much more difficult job than they had anticipated, but I did end up paying them more because I felt that they did a great job and I felt they deserved it. I would use them again in the future.

I am just amazed on how it came out. The workmanship is beyond average, since being very picky when it comes to smallest details. Would highly recommend V&S tile to anyone who is looking for perfection. Thanks again. We are very happy with our marble floors.

Very good - they came when promised and completed the job on time.

We have been looking to get this project done for a while. I ran across an Angie's List promo that fit the project at a very attractive cost. We had a few adders including a whirlpool tub. After we reached a price, the project was started with about three weeks lead time. Once started the crew worked very hard, and completed the work as planned. The project took a little longer than originally scheduled but there was no attempt to increase scope ($). Work was excellent, the price was very competitive and my wife is extremely pleased (and if she's happy so I am).

We had the overall layout complete and the room ready for tile. We were working with a couple different tile companies at the time, however Sergey's relationship with Best Tile allowed us to work out the details of the type of tile and installation directly with the supplier. The tiling included a 48" X 48" shower, 5'5" whirlpool deck, and the bathroom floor. Sergey held to his schedule, was punctual, and always left the site clean and organize.

Excellent! They were quick to respond to all of our questions. The project was finished in two days and looks great.

Great. He did a beautiful job! Sergei has a good aesthetic sense and was able to come up with some perfect workarounds. He kept the re-tile to the area we needed to keep costs down, and it looks fantastic. The vanity and countertop look great. They cleaned up perfectly; when they arrived for the job, they stayed with the job till it was done. I would recommend this company enthusiastically for any tiling/bathroom work. You won't be disappointed.

It went very, very well. They were very accommodating and they worked within our schedule. They were very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend them. They worked very hard. I would absolutely use them in the future.
