Sergey and his team are the best. From the initial consult to the final touches no detail was left to chance. We had an extremely tight budget and big ideas and Sergey was able to make it happen. He modified a very small bathroom to a slightly larger bathroom and updated our 1980's full bath to a timeless gem. Thank you!

The most positive contractor experience I have had. Sergey and his team are consummate professionals who demonstrate an uncommon commitment to the achieving excellence. The quality of the work was impeccable, appointments were kept, and V&S readily accommodated my requests for expanding the work. Throughout the project Sergey assessed the work as it was being performed and suggested ways to improve the appearance and functionality of the two bathrooms V&S remodeled. Sergey and his team of employees completely remodeled our bathroom including a tub to shower conversion. Sergey was able to work within our very limited budget and still give us a bathroom that is functional and very attractive. All work was completed within a reasonable time frame and competently including installation of a vented fan and GFI outlet. I would highly recommend V&S Tile.

V&S did a great job. I've waited to write this review to see if there were any problems. Everything is great. They gave us a good price. The work was done timely and professionally. Sergey is very friendly and the same goes for all the men that worked at the house. I would definately hire them again.

Do not go at all. Contractor never replied to my request for estimate.

Came to review what needed to be done. Said he'd give me a estimate within a week. A week went by, I called him to follow-up, left a message and I never heard anything back. It's been three weeks now!!

I just got an estimate from them, I didn't use them. They were very good about coming out, and setting up an appointment and all of that, and sending me all the information, that wasn't an issue at all. I didn't use them so my encounter with them was only one time. The estimate was a little high for me.

It went great! They did it very fast, about a day and a half and fit us in the schedule right away. Sergey and his team were great to work with, very punctual, answered all of our questions, the work came out wonderful.

Paul was great! He was prompt, professional and knew exactly what our issues were. He was able to repair the refrigerator easily, get the parts quickly to repair the dishwasher and was honest when telling us its not worth repairing the oven. We will definitely use Paul for all of our appliance repairs.

The work was completed on time. We wanted the work done before Christmas and he was able to get it done. Sergey was very responsive and attentive and even helped us out when the counter top I ordered was a smidge too big, they cut it down for us. Their crew was very friendly and easy to work with also. There were a couple of leaks after the sink and toilet install but Sergey had them come right back and fix the problems that day. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the communication. Sergey always called me back within minutes and he answered all of my questions via email within hours. The price was right in line with what I thought it would be.

First call to Sergey was promptly answered and appointment for visit was setup the same day. Quote came promptly. Very professional and well balanced quote. V&S team showed up and worked extremely hard. This was not an easy project as replacing the linoleum with tile meant that the wood subfloor had to come out to stay level. This crew is one of the hardest working I've seen. Very professional and tried to make sure the remaining parts of the house stayed clean. They finished the subfloor and most of the tile on day 1 leaving day 2 and 3 for cleanup. They finished on time (3rd day was only a half day) and did a very nice job. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Sergey and V&S Tile to anyone.

Sergey was courteous, professional, prompt, communicative, and more than fair. There were a couple of problems with the shower base and drain, but Sergey handled it very promptly and helpfully. Slava fixed the drain, prepped the floor and walls, and installed the fixtures. He was competent, personable, and respectful. The tiles were installed very well. We are VERY happy with the result and would recommend them unreservedly.

They did a great job. Provided helpful suggestions, did great work. Workers were all courteous & friendly. They were punctual and completed job on time.

Sergey and his crew were awesome. Sergey arrived promptly for my initial estimate and then provided a written proposal in a very timely manner. He was able to begin work immediately due to a last minute change in his schedule which was wonderful since this company is usually very busy due to the high quality of their work. They were extremely professional and courteous and cleaned up every day. The level of the craftsmanship was second to none!!! Where they put in the new plumbing lines they created a corner that looks completely original to the historic nature of the home. The tile work was great and they did everything they promised and more. Sergey often made helpful suggestions and I really trusted his judgement- he really knows what he is doing! I highly recommend this company and plan to use their services in the future when we add a corner shower to the bath. If there were a higher rating than A I would give it to V & S Tile!!!

Outstanding!! These guys are the best, period! I called them because my "handyman" said I needed to remove the first few tiles in front of my dishwasher before he could remove and install my new dishwasher. So I looked on Angie's list and found these guys being recommended. I called and got the Owner, a real person, not a recording. He listen to the situation and had his team there the next day, amazing given I did not say this was an emergency. His team looked at the old dishwasher and said they could install it if we wanted. We had them do the installation. Everything about the installation was great for us, not so much for them. For us, because this team knew what they were doing and were professional and respective throughout the entire process. Not for them because the install involved replacing wiring in my 32 year old house, and running out to Home Depot to get additional parts that should have come with the dishwasher. Never complaining or taking the easy way out, with an excuse of well when you get the part call us back. That did not happen. Very, very happy with these guys. I was reluctant to write this review because once you read it you will probably call them also, and they will get very busy. But they deserve this. If you need any type of work similar to what's in their scope I would call them, I will.

met with Sergey for estimate and did quote while at the house and I gave a deposit at that time. I had a previous estimate from a one piece install company and it was significantly more expensive. Sergey had the guys arrive on time and as promised the completed the job in one day! his guys are very hard working they took a break for lunch at 1PM (on site) and worked until 8:30PM. The final product is beautiful (large white Carrera like tiles) and brushed nickel fixtures (Moen). If I provided my own tile and fixtures the cost was $2800 but too many choices out there and very little time to shop

If you have an upcoming tile project look no further than V&S Tile. In the past I've always done my own projects because I really don'y like the process of hiring a contractors. Many don't return calls and the ones who do charge an outrageous amount for a mediocre job. But Sergey was extremely easy to deal with and his team did an extraordinary job for about half the cost of other contractors, and I'm a tough critic. Would definitely not hesitate to use then again...and again.

Sergey was prompt to give me an estimate, and all work was completed as discussed. His employees were all very professional and very knowledgeable in their trade. They worked quickly and were always prompt to appointments. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Completely smooth operation from start to finish.

The overall experience was excellent. After my initial request, Sergey scheduled and arrived for an estimate on a very timely basis. Once we made our final decision, the job was completed within a few days. The day of the job, the crew arrived on time and began promptly. My wife and I were impressed with the care for our home and belongings, including using plastic carpet and stair coverings. The two men that completed the job completed in about 1/2 day and completely cleaned up when finished. The end result was perfect, from edges, corners aligning and grout. We would use V&S Tile again and highly recommend them as well.
