Description of Work: They were hired to fix a hottub pump instead they broke it and made in not able to be repaired. First the pump worked fine it was just leaking, but it worked otherwise. In the process of getting the cover off they broke it and then had to replace the part. When they got the seal to stop the leak, they somehow wired the cable wrong then blamed it on the hottub. As a result I had to go to he manufaturer directly to get a new pump.

Description of Work: Concord pools is horrible. They opened and closed our pool for 2 seasons. These are the reasons I would never recommend them: 1. They ask for the money up front- before the job is done so there is no recourse if you are unhappy. 2. Opening is not done properly, equipment not running as it should be, filter not functioning. 3. They do not respond when you call for help. Once that pool is open and they have your money- you won't see them again unless you have them close it. I finally found Whip's pool service which I loved- great company, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend whips, not Concord.
