Jermaine Holmes was great! On time and very efficient. He took time to explain what he was doing to eliminate my wasp problem and what I should and should not do after he left. His humor, self confidence and years of experience were assuring, particularly since I am allergic to bees, wasps and hornets. This was not a job for a can of over-the-counter spray. BTW: The company gave me an appointment with little delay. Most appreciated all around!

Flying squirrel removal is certainly not a fun way to spend your money but I am happy with the service Pest master has provided. I will say the flying squirrels did return 8 months after my initial service but having the technicians come back out has been hassle and cost free. They even sent somebody when I wasn't sure if I was just being paranoid about hearing things. Adam and Noah are very down to earth people and I would recommend Pest Master to anyone looking for pest removal.

Angel was very professional and patient while listening to all my bat woes. He did the inspection and concluded the issue must have been the uninstalled window as the point of entry. Did inspection and did not pressure us into any unnecessary treatments. Provided a quote for some Preventative maintenance and no charge for the inspection. Best Service in the Hudson Valley!
