The owner of the business came and explained what needed to be done. An appt was made and the technician Angel was here on time. Explained what he would, and could do now and would make a return trip once the birds were out of the holes in the redwood siding. Very informative . Best repairman I have dealt with in many years.

Excellent service in quick response in addressing the spraying and removal of a large, medium and a number of small wasp hives. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to my family and friends.

The main purpose for my hiring Pestmaster is tick control with organic products. It seems to be working well. When we have lots of rain---and it is early spring---the tick control was not as reliable as during the summer months---even when it rained. Timing of the treatments is important. The organic product does seem to really do the job. My dog and all humans in the house have had no ticks on them since July!!!

They are a straight forward, professional, reasonable company. I used Craig Thomas in the past and what a NIGHTMARE that was!!! As a result...I was very hesitant of trusting another Pest Control Co, but I HAD to choose someone. So glad I went with PestMaster! You can choose them with confidence!

I called them and they came the very next day to treat 1 large beehive and 1 mid-size beehive and 3 smaller ones. Dave , the gentleman who came explained the treatment, and the 24 hour period after treatment,, and that he will be back to collect the actual beehives on Monday. I was very pleased with the quick response and service given .

They responded to my call within 24 hours. Very polite and answered all my questions. Tech was very honest and forthright, indicating a second visit could be needed to completely resolve my problem. Cost was very reasonable. Would not hesitate using this company again in the future

We hired Pestmasters after moving into a new home. We had some immediate pest issues we needed to be corrected and wanted to set up an on-going prevention plan. All of the techs were patient, thoughtful and explained exactly what they were doing. With our annual prevention plan, they also covered all of the follow-ups to check on acute issues. It's made a big difference. We will continue to keep our prevention contract with Pestmasters.

Joshua was patient and very through in tracking down our insect problem. His inspection was free but he checked several rooms. He showed me internet photos of the critters which I had feared and reassured me that we didn’t need his ervices at this time. I appreciated his company’s honesty, promptnes, and professionalism. If I have any pest problems, I would hire Pestmasted and refer friends to them.

Josh who works for the company arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He performed a terrific service spraying the areas that needed it. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and relatives.
