The customer service has been excellent. Pestmaster called within minutes of my request for service and they were at our house the same day to treat for wasps. The technician stated that they would come back and retreat if the wasps were still there after a few days. Customer service was professional and courteous when I called to schedule a second treatment and a technician came out the same day. I am impressed with the service and integrity of Pestmaster.

Carpenter ants. Mild case but through the house. Fast response to my call and the treatment for the situation VERY EFFECTIVE and pleased with the results. The staff is professional, courteous and took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend.

Had a problem with black ants in the house. We tried all the home remedies like peppermint oil, vinegar, boric acid etc. No improvement. Now after a few days from the first treatment from Pestmasters it's getting harder to find any ants. None today. Feeling relieved. Thanks Pestmasters.

Pestmaster has a built-in wildlife management specialist Kevin who is very knowledgeable, and professional to build efficiently a checken-wire fence around my sun porch. The manager Adam is very effective in terms of the pest-control approach for my house with a very reasonable annual charge. The customer service staff Heather is very customer-oriented, very polite, pleasant, and follow-up timely before and after the service of pest control visit.
