We called Aurora to come and expect our home in Rye, NY becasue we thoght we had bats or squirrels in the basement crawl space. We were prepared to pay for a full extermination and sealing service. The technician who came was polite and knoweldgeable. He inspected the crawl space and basement area in depth and possbile areas of entry. He assured us he found no evidence of infestation of any kind which was reassuring and then said there would be no charge for his visit and the inspection. Aurora provides an insepction at no cost to the homeowner. Amazing. I would recommend Aurora for their integrity and honesty to any home or busines owner. Courteous, on-time and honest technician.
