They came out quickly to fumigate the outside of my home and set up traps inside of the house for the ant problem.

Not the cheapest, not the most expensive but for the cost my crawl space was cleaned of mold and humidifier installed. Andre is a good salesman and PM.

Our basement went from a strong mold smell throughout after a big storm with some flooding from a drain in the basement to being dry and not a hint of mold. No walls were disturbed. Note that if you have a recurring water problem their heat process may not be for you.

Very prompt, very professional team. He came in to give me a quote on a basement encapsulation, and wound up also finding significant mold growth down there (surprise!). We were able to come up with a solid plan for dealing with both issues.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The home energy audit showed me where I was losing heat and areas that needed attention. Getting the house sealed and getting blown in cellulose and an attic cap installed professionally is something I would recommend to any homeowner. Expediant energy came to install it soon after the initial estimate. which in this winters bitter cold temps is something I really appreciate. I Noticed the difference immediately. Anyone who is paying for heat and looking to improve their insulation should give these guys a call you won't regret it!

They were prompt, clean and professional. They patiently answered all questions so that we could make an informed decision to seal our rim joists and replace our moldy fiberglass insulation with blown in cellulose.

Most of the pieces of furniture that showed mold as well as the high beams which were pointed out to convince me I had mold had the exact same "mold" after the job was completed . I took pictures and have not heard back from them . My furnace and transformer blew in my basement . Coincidence ? I await response

I hired this company for a mold test prior to closing on my home and the company sent the samples to western Florida during Hurricane Irma and now my samples are not being processed and my closing may have to be extended. NOT HAPPPY.. Lack of communication from the company and no answers on how to rectify this mess

Andre did the inspection & explained everything in depth 5***** the people that did the actual cleaning & installation of the Sani Dry Air System were outstanding. 5 STAR'S very pleased as of now. will update when I have logged some run time THANK YOU WILLIAM
