The only thing I didn't like was that there are a lot of scare-tactics in this business. My girlfriend was scared out of her mind and when the lab results came back (WEEKS later), we found out that everything was normal. And there was nothing we can do about the minor mold we had b/c it was in the air. Just do your homework. Additionally, I would imagine that all these companies are like this, hence why I didn't rate Expedient poorly.

Highly intelligent on what you would need to do to save money

The heat treatment of the basement was very effective and solved the problem. I feel however that this treatment should not be that expensive.
