Expediant called daily after I listed with Home Advisor. After two weeks of calling, I made an appointment for my summer bungalow which had some flooding issues in the crawl space thanks to Sandy. Rich was pleasant and early to the appointment and very knowlegeable and thorough. He crawled under the crawl space in his Hazmat suit, did moisture readings and eplained how the mold would be eradicated and the main support beam tunneled under for ecapsulation. He mentioned that an additional to the house was built on a slab (about 200 square feet and it would be impossible to encapsulate that part, but the rest should not be a problem. When

I didnt need to use them because i didnt have mold , it was wood rot. I found this out when doug came and inspected the walls for me. i'm glad i didnt have mold, but if i did , i would definitely have used them. doug was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I may use them for other projects later on.

Personable, came out to assess the work and gave an an estimate - the others had a flat fee to just come out and do a report - nothing about remediation. Expediant was a one stop shop and the job is complete.

I was extremely satisfied with the speed and quality of work "Expediant" provided. They performend exactly what they said they would do and used the material and method that was quoted. There was no deviation from the price quoted. The price was within the national average and below the regional average for my area. They quoted 18 to 20 gallons of product, and they used 19 gallons.
