It took a while for him to get to the job. He completed the job, and told me that I'd need to clean off the tile the day after it had been installed. I went in and noticed the tile was loose and creaking. It had not set right. I called him, and he came out and agreed that it was not adhered properly, and said it needed to be re-installed. He said he'd be out Friday, but he did not show up or call. I wrote him a letter, telling him that I'd have to take legal action if he did not repair the work, and asked for a portion of the money I'd paid back. He wrote me back, stating that I was being unreasonable, and that he would not refund the $1000 that I'd asked for. I had to pay an additional $600 to have the poor work fixed.
Description of Work: We contracted him to renovate our bathroom. Remove vanity medicine cabinet, toilet, and tile floor. Re-install existing toilet, along with new vanity, medicine cabinet, tile, trim and door.
