First of all, Louis Puleo is meticulous in his work. He is precise, organized, neat and punctual. He responds quickly to phone calls and arrives on time. Louis always uses tarps to keep the adjacent areas as free of dust and debris as possible. At the end of the day, the areas are tidied and organized. His work is beautiful, truly professional in every way.

The job was completed timely with perfection and attention to detail. The quality of his workmanship was impeccable and products used were of excellent quality and what was promised. He made recommendations and offered options as we decided on design and layout. Once the job began we were kept informed of each stage and he was reliable and true to his word on scheduling. I could not have asked for a better result and should I need future work I would call upon him again. Lou cleaned up daily and was very mindful of our living space.

Perfectly. Louis went above and beyond by fixing two sections of 2 by 4 that had been removed improperly. The tile work is beautiful. Every aspect of his work is done with precision and care. He was very careful to make sure nothing was tracked out of the bathroom. We are looking forward to our next project with him.

Louie, as in previous jobs, returned our calls same day, was punctual, helpful, patient and scheduled in the electrician and plumber perfectly. It went much more smoothly than anticipated. Louis was prompt, consistent, polite, knowledgeable and a hard worker. He had answers for any & all of my questions. The job was done on time and on budget.

The whole process was painless. Brought samples of the cabinets for me to actually see it before I chose them. All the work was completed in the time frame I was given. Having had work done in previous years by Kitchen and Bath works, I had no desire to get estimates from anyone else. Everything flowed from the day the work was started until it was completed. The workmanship is impeccable, not one flaw to be found. Having to have other contractors involved was all coordinated with no problems or delays. The walk in closet is more than I had visioned when planning it. Very functional and spacious for an apartment. The most important thing for me when having work done in my home is that I feel comfortable with the people performing the work, not to mention that everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I have left the key when I wasn't home and never thought twice about it.

We had Louie replace our Master Bathroom after having him previously replace our powder room. He did a great job on both bathrooms.He is a great worker who knows what he is doing. He brought in his plumber and electrician.The demo was done with an outside company that Louie found because we also demoed an upstairs bath but will finish that at a later date.The bathroom is beautiful and I'm very happy with the work.

The shower area came out wonderful, the tile work was beautiful and Louie made some suggestions during the job that worked out well. We appreciated his punctuality and organizational skills since this was our only full bathroom in the house! He started on the date we agreed and finished the job in the number of days he told us. He was professional and very responsive to all phone calls. HIs work area was always kept clean and neat. I would definitely use him again.

We hired Louie the owner of Kitchen and Bath Works after reading his reviews on Angie's List. It was refreshing dealing with a professional of his caliber. He returns calls immediately. He sets a schedule and sticks to it. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and would hire Louie again in the future. The Challis'

Louie is the consummate professional. One call was all it took before Louie returned our call within 24 hours. An appointment was made for an estimate and we were ready to go. After details were ironed out including the creation of a custom towel closet with preowned antique doors, the moving of the door, using our preexisting vanity which Louie refinished and adding a new 22x55 inch Ceasarstone counter, new faucet and sink, new toilet, floor to ceiling tile for our extra large shower with 2 tiled niches for soap and shampoo, a hand held shower and grab bar, plus a fully tiled bathroom floor including a saddle to the bedroom. Also included were the installation of 3 towel hooks, a towel bar and toilet paper holder. the total job took about 9 work days with Louie doing all the work himself, except for the plumbing and electric. The contracters who work with Louie are as professional as he is. Before the job was finished we had a few questions here and there, every phone call was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. This is why before the job was completed we contracted with Louie to do our other bathroom, which as of today, has also been completed. We are so pleased wih all the work done, Louie will be doing our kitchen in the near future.

This is the 2nd time we've used Louie & we are pleased once again. He was on time, returned our calls same day and had his plumber & electrician scheduled in without a hitch. The sheet rock & tile work is beautiful. The floor on one end was not flush do to our fireplace hearth & he was able to cut each tile to adjust to the curved angles perfectly. He helped with the design since our current one wasn't very functional. He printed up the plans with different possibilities so we could see it clearly on paper. He was also extremely patient with us when we had trouble making our final decisions of cabinet color & granite style. We would use Louie again in a heartbeat!

It was a pleasure to deal with Louis. He did a fantastic job on our two bathrooms. One bathroom was retiling bath area, ripping out old walls and put up new sheetrock and installing a vanity we provided. The other was ripping out of old bath and tub wall, floor and installing a new shower base, new tile in shower, new floor tile and again installing a vanity. Louis installed all new plumbing fixtures. The job came out better than we would have ever expected, work done in a very clean manner and always on time and available to answer questions and take care of any issues (which was minimal). A total pleasure to deal with a reliable, professional contractor. Highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Works cannot express how pleased we are with the job Louis did.

The bathroom looks beautiful! Louie does amazing work. From start to finish he was completely professional. He returned our calls promptly, was on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. We needed some suggestions with a few things and he was patient in explaining the pros & cons of each one. He brought in a plumber & an electrician who were as professional as him. We have no hesitation in recommending Louie and plan on using him again.

My husband and I were very concerned about undertaking a renovation, considering all of the "horror stories" we had heard from friends and neighbors. After consulting Angie's List and reading the reviews, we chose Louis Puleo. We are happy to report that we chose right! Louis is a professional with a great work ethic. He returns calls promptly, arrives on time, covers non work areas with tarps and cleans up before leaving each day. Louis sets a timeline for the job and finishes on time. Louie renovated 2 very old bathrooms. The cost mentioned included tub, shower unit, toilets, faucets for shower and tub, bath tub doors, tile, grout, removal and rebuild of one wall as well as insulation. His work is meticulous. We were absolutely first time renovators, with alot to learn, but we were very satisfied with Kitchen and Bath Works!

All work was done professionally and on time. Old cabinets were removed on day one, in perfect conditions and old sink was hooked up again for our daily use. Second day new cherry wood cabinets were installed. Third day all appliances were in place and template was measured for granite counter top. Also all trim work was completed beautifully. After granite top was installed, Lou tiled the back splash with subway tiles and trim which brought the whole kitchen together. Every evening before leaving the room was broom and swept clean. Lou was a true professional and expertly installed the entire kitchen by himself. It was a pleasure working with him from the first meeting when we discussed different design ideas. All our questions were answered and phone calls returned promptly. Work was done in a timely manner. We really appreciated his neat way of working. We would definitely recommend Lou from Kitchen and Bath Works to anyone who wants to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. We love our new kitchen!!!!!!
