I called the company upon getting the info. The business phone was forwarded to someone's cell, who answered "hello" and who seemed surprised a business call was coming in. That made me uncomfortable at first, as it seemed unprofessional. Ultimately the man who came to check my chimney flash quickly fixed the problem within a couple of hours of receiving the call. I'm not sure about the charge with nothing to compare it to... He told me it was $125 to fix, or $100 cash. It took like a minute for him to re-tar the flash and that was it. Problem fixed, no more leaks, cheap for a problem that could have been worse, but didnt price compare.

I would highly recommend the Champion Chimney company to anyone needing their gutters cleaned or repaired. They are prompt, reliable and most of all reasonable. What more could you want !!! Barbara Dill
