Tom is a very genuine, honest, and likable person. He and his partner installed some Christmas lights on a large blue spruce. This was not an easy task because his cherry-picker machine, which was needed to reach the top of my tree, was temporarily out of commission. But he and his partner managed to install the lights. They had to return for a 2nd take and were able to fine tune and reposition the lights for a more robust effect. My wife and I were very pleased with their style and work ethic. Stan Wallace.
