This was a minor cabinet repair which looked simple, but proved to be challenging. The Tanem carpenter did the work, Anthony, was competent, persistent in the face of difficulties, and personable. I would be happy to use him again, if needed.

Paul from Tanem Construction gave me the best quote for my living room painting out of the three companies that I reached out to. We primarily dealt over the phone and Paul was thorough and gave precise advice and recommendations based on the sample pictures i sent which would fit into my budget. The work involved a lot of plastering and sanding, which was done well and quickly for an affordable price. The paint job also came out great and clean. I would use Tanem Construction's services again and I will also recommend their services.

Great job and they cleaned up well after the job

I hired Tanem for a complete bathroom demo and rebuild. They did a great job and stuck to the timeline they proposed. They are polite, courteous and are open minded and easy to communicate with. They did a good job of cleaning up after each day's work, and all of their workers were respectful of our house. Very highly recommended!

Painters were excellent, but this job started low and ended up costing me considerably more, mainly due to a estimate being given based off of pictures than a in person estimate. For that I will have to go to three stars.

I dealt with Paul from beginning to end and he was courteous and professional the whole job through. The painting the crew did came out wonderful. These guys didn't rush and made sure there was attention to the small details. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend.

We hired Tanem Construction to paint our whole apartment. They were professional, attentive and over exceeded our expectations. Their work quality and attention to detail easily puts them above any other. Both Paul and Doc were responsive throughout the whole process, even providing update pictures upon request. I can not say enough positive things about them. You will not regret working with them.

I had Tanem Construction repair my subfloor and install plywood to level a floor. They handled it very well and worked with me in a small time frame upon request. Paul and Gene gave great advice and options for my project. The cost was very reasonable and customer service is great.
