It started out OK but then deteriorated. I never knew if he was going to show up or not. He almost never responded to my phone messages. He rarely answered my emails. What he did right on the project PALES in comparison to what he did wrong. I dismissed him and hired another contractor to right the wrongs. He got into difficulty financially and was asking me for money before it was due.
Description of Work: Rick Rainbow, owner, was contracted to do the plans for a three season room addition to my house and submit them for the building permit. He did a decent job on the building plans. He was contracted to a build 14x16 addition to my home.

The things that he did right pale in comparision to the things he did wrong. I dismissed him and hired another contractor to right the wrongs and finish the project.
