Lee set up the trap only where the animals going up my deck stairs would be trapped and removed. Set up fee and fee per animal was reasonable when taken into account how these raccoons had stifled my outdoor living. Lee removed multiple animals and so far so good. His guarantee is the best of any one else I spoke to with regards to my issue.

What a pro Lee was. I am an absentee landlord living far away from the property. Lee not only trapped and disposed of the rodents, but he worked with my tenants to make sure the attic was squirrel-free for several weeks after initially capturing the offenders. He would come by every day to check on the property not just to see if the traps had any animals in them but to see if there had been any activity in the attic each day. Additionally he would email/text me once a day to update me on the situation. Finally, he covered multiple possible entry points to make sure there could not be a re-infestation until I could get back to the property to make permanent repairs. I am a tough guy to please, but I would highly recommend Lee to anyone having issues with wild animal pests.

I called Lee because there was a complaint at a residence of animals in the attic. Lee promptly went to the location and determined two possible animal entry areas of the house and set traps there. He made subsequent visits to the house to check the traps and to examine the attic on two occasions. Lee kept me informed of the status of the investigation during a process that lasted several weeks. Lee trapped two raccoons that were in the attic and closed the two entry openings in the house. The problem appears to be resolved. I was impressed with Lee's knowledge and experience. I strongly recommend Lee's Wildlife Service for any animal removal situations.

Lee was GREAT! Cannot say enough. He responded to my voice mail immediately. He gave me a full description of the service that he would provide as well as the cost. He came right on time for the appointment. He is the absolute nicest person and I would feel 100% confident recommending him.

This guy is the real deal! If you are having issues with animals that have made their way into your home or garage look no further than here! I called Lee in the beginning of May desperately searching for help when a female raccoon found it's way in between my 95 year old grandmothers ceiling and roof. He called me back immediately after I solicited him on Angie's list and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. He came to the house on the date promised and set up a trap and told me he predicted a week from that day the raccoon would be caught. Exactly a week later he caught a gigantic female raccoon that was wreaking havoc on her house. He would show up every single day as promised at the time he said he would be there and kept coming back until today when the job was complete. He was in constant contact with me also and would explain every step he was taking to remove the animals. In total he removed one adult female and two babies. Not to mention that his price was beyond reasonable compared to some of the other crooks out there that just want money up front just to set up a trap with no guarantee of catching the animal. Lee never asked for a penny from us throughout the whole process and charged even less than I anticipated when the job was done. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him and how stress free the whole process was for us. Wish there were more honest people out there like him. Thanks again!

Lee is a professional. When I first contacted Lee, he was on the phone with me for a good 15-20 minutes explaining what can be done to solve issue. I would easily use Lee again for any future wildlife removal.

Here is what I like about Lee's service: Lee arrives when he says he will. He gives an honest and detailed description of what he will do and why, so there are no surprises. His pricing is very fair. He fixes the hole in the roof but if he feels it goes beyond his expertise, he provides a temporary fix and provides the telephone number of a roofer who is reasonably priced. This is great because it is very difficult to get a roofing company to do a small job. If you like honest, straightforward people who get the job done, you will like Lee.

Lee was great! Probably the easiest professional to talk to who knows what he does very very well. We knew we had a visitor in our attic everyday so I called several places and Lee had the most reasonable cost. What I liked the most was that he explained everything what could be happening and what he will do and what it will cost us all on our first call and it was what it was when all work was done. It turned out we had caught 7 squirrels. It took few months until the job was done, since we had several whether issues and also Year end holidays, Lee was always prompt and came when he said he would. He came amost everyday, sometimes every other day. He took his time until he was sure there weren't any left that could cause problem again. Another thing I liked working with Lee is that he got back to me right away when I call or text him. If I ever have any problem again I will be calling Lee.

I can't say enough good things about Lee. He communicates promptly, explains everything, does everything he says he'll do, and more. Beyond that, he has not taken a dime from me, despite my offers, as his integrity will not allow him to take money until the service is 100% complete. (The bad weather interfered with him finishing installing those bricks.) I recommend Lee in the strongest possible terms. He was/is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Grade A all the way! From the first phone call and message on Angie's List, I received immediate responses from the beginning and all the way through. Lee was professional, very friendly, knowledgable, efficient, effective, and relatively LOW COST! He saved us hundreds of dollars over other competitors in the field, and was very pleasant to deal with, especially considering many "know it all" condescending or outright rude competitors we spoke to. He proactively reached out to us on all he follow ups, I never had to check in with him because he always got back to us first. We already recommended him to another neighbor with squirrel issues he helped resolve immediately. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LEE!

We had heard noises in the attic area. I thought that there might be a squirrel in the attic. After performing a very thorough inspection, Lee told me that it was definitely much smaller animals, probably mice. Lee's specialty is the removal of larger animals ie. squirrels, racoons, possum, fox, etc. Lee also professionally installed barriers over my attic fan and other outside vents to prevent larger animals from entering our home. Lee was correct and I was later able to have the mice removed. I was extremely impressed with Lee's professionalism and knowledge and I would strongly recommend his services to anyone.

I called Lee to get rid of raccoons in my roof and attic area. He told me right away that he was going to be out of town for a week after one or two days but would come by to inspect and set up a system to find out if the raccoons are going in and out of the house through a hole in the roof. That night we did hear raccoon activity inside the house. As I said he had told me up front he would not be around so he kindly referred me to another company who came and followed up with the problem. He was very professional and helpful in every way. He returned multiple calls promptly, spent a lot of the time on the phone explaining things to me and gave up his time coming to inspect the house physically and set things up. After all that he did not charge me anything since he would not be around to complete the job. He was a total gentleman, his pricing is very reasonable, I would highly recommend him.

A consummate professional, Lee carefully and clearly conveyed his findings and the several scenarios that could happen in the course of eliminating any squirrels found. He presented his plan and the cost under each scenario and made appropriate adjustments to the cost as the situation unfolded. For a number of weeks, raccoons were digging up our yard. We contacted Lee to eliminate the raccoons. Lee responded promptly and was helpful and courteous throughout the process. I called him in the afternoon on Thursday, May 21, 2015 and explained my problem. He said he would try to come by that evening and take a look to see how big a job it was going to be. He called me back later that afternoon and explained that he would not be able to come on Thursday, but would come by on Friday morning, May 22nd. During the phone call he gave me a range of costs depending on how complicated the job would be. Lee called me at 9:15 Friday morning and said he would arrive by around 9:30, which he did. When he arrived, he immediately got out his extension ladder and went up and examined the area where the bird nest was located. He told me while he was up on the ladder that it was going to be a simple job and then he proceeded to get his tools and extracted the bird nest. He then pointed out to me that the reason the birds were able to make a nest in the soffit was because the builder had cut the soffit covering too short and left a gap that the birds entered. Lee then cut a piece of aluminum and fit it to cover the gap. He then charged me the lowest price on the range he had quoted me. He was very professional and answered all my questions.

Lee patiently described the service he was to provide. He is upfront with his fee structure, which is very fair. He took the time to explain the squirrel behavior that dictates his approach to their removal. He has unique skills. This a job no amateur should undertake themselves. I'm very glad I chose Lee for this service. I recommend him without reservation. He is a real professional. I would use him again in an instant.

Great. Set trap and I would tex him every morning. If raccoon in trap he would come over by ten and remove raccoons and set trap again.

They gave me an Angie's List discount. It was $50 for each squirrel that they caught. The man was a working man. He was honest and did what he said he was going to do. He didn't say there were more squirrels and he only charged me for the squirrels he caught. He covered the holes and it went very smoothly. It was a perfect job! I would definitely use them in the future.

Raccoon was chased under our shed by our dog That night it must have left because we didn't see it any more . CalledLee's just to be sure because our dog spends a lot of time back there and didn't want the two of them to meet again
