Dear [member name removed], I went to your house for a free estimate on 9/10/2014 at 3 PM, Spoke only to your partner [name removed] only because you weren't available. This job was very simple to understand. It was to fix the central Vac, (Which I did for free while I was there) Install some new LED fixtures in the basement, and install a doorbell. Oh and repair an outlet in the second floor hall that your unlicensed contractor could not figure out how to do. [name removed] Received his estimate the next day via E-Mail because I have confirmation of it being opened. I understand that perhaps [member name removed] might have thought the price too high and can understand not being hired and that's ok also, And to refund your Angie's list deal was no problem also. But to give a bad review of a company that fixed your central Vac. for free, is downright mean spirited. Also I called Mr. [name removed] yesterday to discuss the issue you not being able to reach me even though I left you a card and a pen and flashlight with my numbers on them and was hung up on by him.
