This company has great customer service. From the Time I requested a quote and had to get it re-estimated due to moving the hot tub, as well as the install crew, they were all pleasant to work with and got the job done.

I can not say enough about this company! Everyone I spoke with was plesant and helpfull. The house they worked on is vacant and I could not be there to oversee their work, which made me pretty unconfortable. They put my mind at ease with their professionalism and good humor. They took pictures of their work and sent them to me via e-mail! They arranged for the inspector to come while they were there knowing that I would not be able to. They pointed out some problems with the house that I should look into. This is a company that takes pride in their work and is not afraid to go the extra mile. I called a few other companies and got two other quotes before I decided to use "Fielack". Their price for the service was right in the ball park and with all the extra effort as described above I feel I got a really good deal.

They went over the top, they were just fantastic! They were punctual, professional, and friendly. The whole 9 yards. I have been telling my friends about them and I would definitely use them again for any electrical work I need done in the future.

Andrew the electrician arrived on time and called his supervisor for additional help. They cam back a second time to finish. Spoke to me about each thing they were doing before they did it.

It went very well. They were very professional and kept to their time frame. The workers were friendly and did an excellent job installing the fan.

Fielack came back to do the necessary work and check the electrical box to make sure everything was up to code and corrected any issues we had so we were able to get to closing on the house. We have been customers of Fielack for over 10 years. We had one last issue with getting a certificate for when we upgraded the electrical service 10 yrs ago. This was needed for the house sale. We could not find our copy and called Fielack and they looked back in our file and found a copy. They emailed a copy of the certificate to us the same day we called. This saved us time, the expense of having a whole new inspection and kept us from any further delays in selling our house. Fielack really came through when we needed them.

Everything went very well. They came within the time frame that they quoted. They fixed it and everything was great. The two workers were very pleasant, careful and clean. I would highly recommend them.

I spoke to Mr. Louis Fielack about the need to correct and bring up to code the electric in my 60-year old house and he promptly set me up the very next day to have the work done because of the impending closing of my house. Three electricians came to do the work, which was done very professionally and to my satisfaction. One checked out the work that had to be done, reported to me, and then Mr. Fielack got on the phone to clarify the details,provide me with the cost, to answer my questions and also to give me a discount. When a homeowner hires someone, he always takes a chance. Here I am a senior, a homeowner in need to have electric work done three days before the closing on the house, what to do? I called Mr. Fielack to explain my situation and he came to my aid. He got his electricians to come the day after,I felt he treated very fairly and I got him to promise not take advantage of me. He even gave me a discount. Because I trusted him I hired Fielack Electric for the second time in recent weeks and I was not disappointed. In my estimation, an honest businessman will prosper and go along way if he wants to keep a good reputation in our community. Mr.Fielack works towards this goal. I highly recommend him and his Company Fielack Electric.

The job went well. Lou returned my call promptly and explained what will be done as well as the price and was able to schedule me in when I was available. Annette in the office called the day before to confirm my appointment. Two gentleman arrived to do the job. They were prompt, efficient, courteous. They wanted to make sure the lighting was installed correctly in the garage and I would be happy with the placement of the fixtures. The lighting in the garage is probably the only beautiful thing in it. One of the electricians has been to my house many times and he was also willing to answer my questions for a future project in my home. Fielack may not be the cheapest but I know the job will be done right. They have upgraded my electrical system, set me up with my backup generator, fixed my problem with an outlet that was smoking as well as other small jobs. They have been great and treated my home with respect. I worry about electric fires and I know I am in good hands with Fielack. They will make sure my home will be safe for me and my family.

Two electricians came to do the work. They were punctual and professional. They spent about two hours, and the work was done well. I wish to compliment them and also their boss Lou who personally contacted me to prepare documentation that I had to present in a hurry to the Building Department in the Town of Oyster Bay. Because of their service and quality of work, I hired them again to correct electric deficiencies to bring my house up-to-building code. It is so nice when you call, and good service starts with a human voice and finds a human face in the owner and his electricians. Good work, personal care and professionalism. I called and Lou walked me through the entire home and I explained what was going on in each of the rooms. He was very thorough. He said that it might be a LIPA problem and not an electrical problem. It turned that LIPA was working in the neighbor hood and resolved the issue without me having an electrician come out. Someone else might have called and came over. He might have saved us a couple hundred dollars. He was very professional and I will use him if I have a problem in the future.

They were excellent. Lou Fielack spoke with Petro who was trying to fix the water heater and helped them by going above and beyond. He walked me through everything telling me what he was going to do. He was very professional and thorough. Lou even called me the next day to make sure everything was fine. His office manager, Annette, followed up with a detailed invoice the next day. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived promptly preceded by a call to say they were within 10 minutes of arrival. It was accomplished quickly and efficiently. Lou the owner was directly involved by phone with the electrician onsite, and the attention to detail was unusual in my experience. Everything was checked and double-checked before the team left. Good experience all around.

The electric work was great, with that I do not have a problem. In the process though, they damaged a filing cabinet of mine. They said that they would be in contact with me and that is the last that I heard. What I don't understand is why the electrician was by the cabinet, because the outlet that needed repair was behind the door. The work they did electrically though was fantastic!

She said yes, and so I told her what needs to be done. She said she would have someone call me back. I waited an hour and a half, and I called them back. She said they were all in a meeting. I waited another hour, and she said they were still in the meeting. After I got upset, she told me she could go grab someone. I finally just hung up. Three hours later, they called me back and said they were very busy. They were busy or they had meetings? I told them I could not trust them. They could come out for free, and I wouldn’t trust them. They jerked me around for three hours.

I placed the order and they came and did the work 2 days later. The electricians were on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. I left them in my home and they called when they were finished with the work. They were very professional. Weeks later I had a concern (nothing major) and they came and checked it out for no charge. I don't know if their price was higher than others. I had called them after Hurricane Irene and they responded quickly and professionally then so I called them again.

The 1st crew that showed up on 6/7/2010 reported that they could not find out why the outlet was not working. They reported that they had to return and break through the wall to find the source of the problem. The 2nd crew (totally different people) showed up on 6/12/2010 had no problem with finding the problem, fixed it and continued with the other services that I requested. Had the 1st crew known what they were doing, there would have been no need for a 2nd visit--and for me to spend almost $1,000. On top of that Fielack offered me a discount for additional work! I would not use the company again!

THEY CAME THEY WERE FAST THEY FIXED THE BOX IN NO TIME

(I am not sure when the 'work' was done-- I do know it was after my father died in 2007) I contacted Fielack because he was local and offered a senior citizens' discount. My mom lost electricity in a section of her house and since it did not involve a tripped circuit breaker I did not know what the problem could be. I saw the Fielack ad in our local Pennysaver and since he was close by and gave a senior discount I called. Of course, when the worker arrived my mother's issue did not qualify for the senior discount. He proceeded to check the premises and found, as I did that there was power in parts of the house but not others. After going through the house, garage and basement, the worker found that an switch in a basement closet had been somehow turned off. He turned it on, and then billed us for a $392.00 house call with no senior discount. He was in the house a total of 10 minutes. As he was leaving the house he told us that the main cable coming into the house from the pole was frayed and in danger of catching fire and that it would need to be replaced immediately. He quoted Mom a price of $1,500 or so. I called a contractor who we knew and he checked the cable at the house and said there was no fraying or signs of damage. I found this to be a highly unprofessional company and one that used scare tactics for a senior home owner. I was thankful that I was there or else I am sure he would have scared my widowed mother into having the cable replaced.

Very neat and proficient electricians. But did not show up 2 different times due to "customers with an emergency". When owner learned of my unhappiness, he called me, apologized and took $$ off my estimate. He was a gentleman and i would give them another shot. They did do great work!
