Never again. I hired them to inform me if there was a tank underground and if not- what the gas line was. They came onsite and told me there is no tank and that the gas line might have been from an old tank, that it was not connected to anything therefore it could be easily removed. Come to find out they no nothing about gas lines and this one was active and was connected to my home! Waste of $1K.

I hired C2G to put in a new outside oil tank and fill in my old in- ground tank with stone. They came and checked out the site and I was told that it could be installed outside where I wanted it. I decided to put landscape ties AROUND where the tank would be standing (upright) to make it more stable, as it was on a slope. When they came they said that it wouldn't fit where I was originally told, but they could set it ON TOP of the landscape ties. I said that it didn't seem stable that way, especially since the tank would be upright. They told me it would be fine. They also started working on filling the old tank. They cut hole about 20 inches in diameter and cut it at one end of the tank. I told them that the worker who inspected the site said that it should be about 5 feet long in order to get the stone fill to the other end of my 1,000 gal. tank. Again they assured me that they could spread it to the other end of the tank. After they completed the work I was still uneasy about where the tank sat. So I called the company that made the tank and told them about where the tank was sitting and asked if the warranty would be covered. They asked me to text a photo of the work. They then informed me that they would not honor the warranty where the tank was sitting. I called C2G and they did come back but wanted to put the tank in the same area without the landscape ties. I told them that I didn't feel comfortable with that and they agreed to put it in the basement. They didn't charge me for this but I had to keep the high end outdoor Roth tank which was about a thousand dollars more than a good indoor tank. About a month later a big sink hole formed where they filled the old inground tank. When I inspected it, I could see that they didn't even try to push the stone to the other end of the tank. I called and they did come back and cut a bigger hole ( but still not near the 5 ft. size I was first told was needed). This time I stayed around and made sure they pushed it toward the other end of the tank. End of story? NO! After the second filling of my new tank I got an oil leak in the pipes coming into the tank. I called but was told the warranty was up and would be charged $150 per hour for labor. After a lot of arguing they gave me a 3 mo. extended warranty for $145. They did come to supposedly fix the problem. End of story? NO! The next filling I had another leak (In a different pipe joint). I called and they agreed to come, without charge but said this would be the last time. At this time, I requested that one particular worker, who I didn't trust, not be sent. They said they wouldn't send him. Guess what, they sent the same guy! It's been about a year since I first contacted C2G but I wanted to make sure everything was complete and working right before rating them. I haven't received another oil fill since the last leak but didn't want to wait any longer to give a rating. For the most part they didn't give me a problem as far as coming

I actually hired my oil company, Petro, but they sub-contracted to C2G. The guys arrived early and completed the entire job in about 4 hours which was much less time than I had been quoted by other companies. They cleaned everything up very well. The building inspector just left and said they did a nice job.

C2G costs were in the middle range of quotations. However, I was impressed by the thorough inspection of our property and their description of work to be done. I would again hire you in an instant. In addition, paper work they provided was accurate and timely.
