Good. I would definitely use them again. They were fast and professional. We were moving to our permanent home and I needed to put stuff in storage so the owner could show the house so I rented a fork unit and I already had a plan set up where I wanted the boxes and the boxes already numbered and they moved them and put everything exactly where I wanted it.

They were very pleasant, but the price with the deal I had purchased was not what I expected.

It went great,. Once they arrived, the service took about 90 minutes to complete.

I have not yet used the service, however I do give the company an A for their responsiveness and professionalism.

on nov 17, the movers came pack breakables (extra charge). it was raining out. they worked a few hours. efficient and professional. the delivery was made a few days ahead of my target date of Dec. 2 which was good for me. After pickup, i was charged an extra $500, in addition to the estimate provided by their estimator, for overweight. a few items were broken, including a mirror and handle of a slow cooker.the bed frames and furniture were not reassembled by the delivery guys as promised by the company. i called Ronnie, and he was very helpful and courteous. i was able to file a claim for broken items. the claim was processed promptly. i am satisfied with the service provided and would use them again.

The workers from All American Van Lines quickly and efficiently moved my furniture, and then carefully set it up in its new home. Their performance was superlative, and their professionalism outstanding. Furthermore, the job was arranged at the last minute, two days before Thanksgiving. At the outset, there had been cause for concern. The week before, I had chosen the company (on account of its stellar ratings at Angie's List), agreed to a price, and set up an appointment. On the appointed day, though, they were a no-show. When I called the next day, it was explained that all record of that appointment had somehow been lost. As compensation, they deducted $100 from the price and rescheduled the job for the next day. I am very grateful for the consideration that this company showed, and for the superb work that they did in such rushed circumstances.

It took a bit of time to get things delivered since they wait to fill their entire tractor trailer full of people's items. But everything arrived in fine shape, no real issues. They were very thourough when packing up and unloading.

The estimator came as promised. Sent us an estimate within a day. He was very nice. Movers came on time (10:30am) and had a lot to move.. we were moving 2 homes, so you can imagine. My only advice to anyone doing a large move - this is what I would have done if I had known it was going to be so stressful - is move on 2 different days. It would have cost more money, but I think this would have been a lot less stressful on both us and the movers. It was a very long day for all of us. Thankfully the truck was large enough, even though we did have to leave behind some stuff.. We had a few glitches, but in the end, all is well.

Company was very prompt with service and worked with us step by step throughout the process and through all pricing discussions. Very professional and truly value their clients.

Move went really well, team was very helpful, knowledgable, responsive and prompt. The move came in right where they estimated. I used Angies List to find a mover that was highly rated, not necessarily the cheapest. I am very pleased with the work. I put C for price because the price was "Fair". I highly recommend All American and would use them again.

Before I hire anyone I always do the research first, which is exactly what I did when I needed movers. I even found All American Van Lines on Angies List! Their reviews looked great; a lot of positive feedback from customers and they had a coupon deal so figured I made the right choice. When I called to get an estimate/schedule my move everything seemed good; I was happy with their coupon deal and general policies. Their estimate and breakdown of other costs (ie wrapping/handling specific items, fragile items, travel time etc) seemed a little bit high but definitely not as costly as other moving companies.

it went well, one thing was broken but it was covered under insurance. I am still waiting for my damage to be repaired but there were no other issues

The company was unable to accommodate the time frame i needed, and the person to whom i spoke said the deal wasn't appropriate to me needs.

A quality service all the way. Punctual, friendly, and hard working - cheerful even in getting some cumbersome items into difficult places.

This was an awful experience. They came to my house, gave me an estimate of 5100.00 I then had Got Junk to come in and remove half of what was in my house. The All American Moving guys came to move me and they put stuff in boxes without labeling them. I had a security box with my passport and important papers and had it set aside and they packed it. I was unable to have my ID for over 40 days when the shipment arrived. I had done most of the packing myself, but they charged me an additional $500.00 for packing which was not in the estimate. They also charged a hidden fee of $480 for a "shuttle fee" which I was not told about at the beginning. Then they tried to force me to fill sign BLANK credit card receipts so they could write in their own numbers. i refused to do that. They said since I wouldn't do it I would have to pay by bank check upon arrival. And they would not accept a credit card. Then when they took my stuff they stored it in NY and I flew to California. They then called and said that the weight was high and that they would not ship my stuff unless I paid them an ADDITIONAL 3100.00!!!!! So the move jumped up to $8100!!!! I was delayed in my move. They got me on the schedule and my stuff arrived in a 10 days. They broke my microwave oven, the screws were missing from my bed so they left it and would not put it together. They broke my book case shelf and I didn't find that until they had left. They broke my lamp, and my rought iron bed frame was badly scratched on the finials. My barbeque grill base was broken in half as well and no longer usable. The one guy put my tv down on the stand and set it on top of the modem. I needed help to get it situated as it was so big, but the mover said no and would not help me, he was ready to leave and told me to have a cable guy help me put on the cabinet right. He was also reprimanding one of the other guys for standing around and doing nothing. They left big dirty hand prints on the freshly painted walls going to the basement, they put a gouge in the hard wood floors in the eat in kitchen and did not put things back together as they were when they left my house. The crew on the NJ was ok, they worked hard, it was extremely hot and it was a long day. They were on time. I was really upset with one guy in particular on the California side who put my book case in my closet, which made ABSOLUTELY no sense, and really couldn't care less about the condition things were being left in. He kept making excuses and clearly wanted the job to be done. They only put the two tables together, one of which was loose and if I wasnt there watching he would have just left it to fall down. He absolutely could not care less. The move in was supposed to take 4 hours. It took 2. Because they just left the stuff for me to do. Then the same guy who was really not helpful at all and making all sorts of excuses had me sign off on papers and then DEMANDED a tip!!! I was so appalled. I gave him less than half of what I had planned because I was livid. The driver/lead was quite good with unloading the truck and letting the others know where things should go and the guy who put the stuff in my basement organized it well. For 8100.00 they should have put something down to protect the floors, they should have put the shelves in the book case, they should have properly set up the bed, they should have not put a book case in a bedroom closet, they should not have left huge dirty hand prints on my walls, they should not have gouged my hard wood floors. They were in PERFECT condition before the guys got here. This was price gauging and holding me hostage for my furniture. They also were not returning my calls for days. I had to finally call the dispatcher to find out when they were actually arriving. I am completely disappointed in Angies List and this moving company who had such good reviews. They have ALOT of False Advertising in their description and I absolutely would say avoid using them unless you are prepared to pay double what they estimate and have them break your stuff and not care a bit. And NEVER EVER sign blank credit card forms for them to fill out at their leisure... Absolutely crazy to put your financial information in their hands.

They were responsive, they got back right to me. They were able to send somebody right away to walk me through. Time was not an issue. Overall it was a positive experience. The only problem was we had to move longer because they underestimated the time it would take but they did a great job with the work that was done.

From the first contact with Ron, to the moving day, everyone was professional and courteous. Every step of the way they provided estimates based on the furniture I listed and approx. time frame. I bought a coupon online on Angies list for "396.00 for a 2 man crew, for 4 hours, and a 20 ft truck and discount on moving supplies". So, I only had to give them 400.00 more when the job was done on moving day. The additional 400.00 on top of the coupon was WELL worth it, considering I was getting estimates from other movers for 1700.00! Now the details; The furniture I needed moved was a complete living room set, a kitchen set , a bed room set and about 15 pre packed boxes and a lot of my dads original paintings., which aren't worth money to anyone else, but to me, they are precious. They treated them with the utmost care. They showed up, on time. with a 3 man crew and a huge truck ! I was happy to see that .Rollins was the supervisor , he looked at all the rooms and sat down with the paperwork to tell us the approx. price and time frame. The other 2 crew ,members were Chris and Ley. All 3 of them worked like crazy !! Ive never seen such heavy furniture packed gently and move so fast in my life ! They began wrapping everything in heavy blankets, and shrink wrapping , and taking apart the bed ,then they began loading, My husband and I were sitting in the garage watching them so I can tell you they were gentle when carrying everything. They opened the garage door, the front door and the door outside patio to get stuff out, which was smart. They didn't stop for one minute. I so felt bad for them so I gave them bottles of water. Rollins was like the director, Chris was the senior man on site and he was training Ley, and I could tell he had many years of experience. Chris was very funny, although hes many years younger than me, we shared memories of old products on the market that don't exist anymore ! He made me laugh and that eased my anxiety.. Ley reminded me of my son, he was eager to do a good job., and he did. Then we arrived at the delivery destination. They needed to take old furniture out the door before they could move our new furniture in, Then they had to help me figure out where to put all the new furniture. ! it was like a game of Tetris , fitting furniture in spaces, which all fit together. Chris helped us figure to where to put what. Finally at around 4pm, it was done. and we were very happy with the result. I joked with Chris at one point about my husband being right "occasionally" about where to put what. and Chris said "oh , men are only right once and while ?" we both laughed. Well, Chris, there is one big decision that my husband was 100% right on. That was hiring American Van lines. !! Thank you all for a great moving experience. I called for a quote on a local move. The rep asked me to write up everything I wanted to be moved and email it over to him. I did that immediately. I never heard back and a few days later I called to follow up and left a message. I still have not gotten a call back and that was a week ago. I went with another local moving company who was more responsive.

The service was great. I will definitely use them again if I ever have the need for movers in the future.

Very well. Even set up cable and furniture assembly.
