Description of Work: THE SERVICE WAS ABOVE AVERAGE. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SLIGHTLY ANNOYING, THE COMPANY KEPT CHANGING THE 3 HOUR WINDOW. AT LEAST THEY KEPT IN TOUCH WITH AMPLE NOTIFICATION. THE THREE MAN CREW WORK EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY WHILE BEING TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. |

Description of Work: I contracted with All American. They transferred my goods to Atlas Van Lines, who transported and delivered my goods. Results: broken furniture, boxes crushed, flat screen TV destroyed, rush job. Helpers didn't arrive on truck. Obviously not professional movers, just day laborers. Since All American came so well recommended, I didn't buy extra insurance. As a result All American is offering $200 for over $1,500 in damages. Next time I move, I will sell everything so I don't have to deal with movers.

Description of Work: Best moving experience I have had. I was going to rent a truck and move myself due to my experiences in the past from other movers but gave All American a try and wow. Precessional, on time, nothing damaged and at a decent price. Will definitley use again.

Description of Work: All American did a great job packing up a number of antiques to put into storage and soon move them and my other belongings across the country. They were on time, professional, and courteous. The pre-move communication with managers was excellent. The estimate they provided was adhered to. I would recommend All American to all.
