It was very nice. They guys (John and Sisco) were excellent, efficient got me in on time, and were neat and tidy. Very professional.

They were on time and highly professional. No wasted time, just fast work.

I was told by the provider I can not use 2 coupons at the same time. They were professional and nice about explaining to me how the coupon works and informed me to call Angie's List to correct/refund the transaction.

I had gotten many estimates. Their price was the best. They showed up on time, took all contents carefully and delivered to my my new home in Las Vegas in a timely fashion.

We didn't use the provider as their rates beyond the deal were too high.

Everything arrived in the condition it left NY, all fragile items were received all in one piece, nothing was broken. The drivers were courteous and assembled my dining room set, and adjustable beds to the way they were in NY. I would most definitely recommend All American Van Lines!

I was relocating for a job in Reston, Virginia. I noticed a deal for a moving kit from All American, so I ordered that. No matter who I hired, I knew I'd need boxes. The delivery crew for the boxes and other packing materials was quick, friendly, and professional, so I contacted All American as one of two A-rated Angie's List movers I called. An appointment for an on-site visit and estimate was quickly made. The estimate I received from All Ameican was considerably less than the binding price of the second mover. I checked All American's record with the DOT and the BBB, and decided to go with them, still with some trepidation--they scheduled the move to take place in one day, allowing for five hours of driving from NY to VA. After 31 years in the same apartment, I was anxious--about everything. The crew arrived on moving day a bit late; they were delayed in traffic. They got right to it, though. All were pleasant, courteous, helpful, and very professional. We left New York at 12:30 p.m. The truck and I took different routes, but we arrived at our destination within a half hour (me first) of each other. The apartment is a second-floor walk-up, and the two remaining crew members unloaded the truck and brought it up to the apartment. The furniture was placed in position, the bed assembled, and the boxes brought to the designated rooms. There was no banging, scraping, or loud thuds. I'm very happy with the job the crew performed. I recommend checking out All American if you're moving.

This moving company is everything it should be. Jimmy's crew (Cisco & Carmelo) did an outstanding job. Jimmy called before to confirm the appointment. They arrived on time. Packed everything very well & delivered everything in a timely fashion. Bay Ridge to Plainview in a few hours. It's all good. Jimmy called to see if we were happy with the service and I told him we were very happy. Do not hesitate to use this company. BTW I purchased an Angie's List big deal for this company & got $100. worth of service for $50.00. So, in summary, I will give them an A+++ Vera Candela

They were fabaolous. They were everything they reported and more. They were fast, worked really hard, took care of my fragile things. Whole experience was just fabalous. Price was much lower than the competion.

I contacted All American Van Lines to move my Mom. Since she is not "a young girl "I told them, it is important that the movers will be extra patient. The next day they sent an Estimator to the house that gave us a flat rate (like we wanted). On the move day, Three men, were packing carefully everything ,from small China to a Grand Piano, nothing was " to hard". They were helpful, very Nice and professional. We have just resaved our Items in Florida. Everything went very well. I'm grateful and extremely happy with the service . Great job. .

We had a great experience with All American Van Lines from beginning to end, they were honest, professional and our total cost of the move was below the estimate we got. The crew was fantastic, polite, efficient and work so fast. We had a lot of pictures, mirrors and all kind of glass and nothing got broken. We had moved many times before and All American van Lines was by far the best moving company we ever used. Thank you guys for everything, you are the best and we are going to recommend your service to everybody we know.

Everything went superb! The owner is honest and honorable. He delivered on what he promised and more. Chase, the crew chief, was excellent as well and I've never had a better move. I'd highly recommend their services.

All American came out to give an in-person estimate (house was already mostly packed when they gave the estimate). When they arrived on moving day they immediately said it would be $300 more because there were more boxes. We conceded. They then proceeded to pack up the truck and, when they were done, took off frantically without saying anything. We had just bought them pizza which they threw in the car as they raced off. We assumed they were headed to the new place, but got there and did not see them. Called several times to no avail and finally called from a different number so they would pick up the phone and learned that they would not be at the new place for a few hours. Apparently they were doing another move in-between our move!! Terrible experience. We would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Update: Spoke to James Russo and went through the events of the day. He was apologetic and admitted it was not their best day. James did offer a partial refund to my mother for the poor service. This company did come recommended from a family member who did have a positive experience, so it is plausible that it was just an off day.

We ordered the moving box package that was provided through Angie's List; $180.00 worth of moving materials for $108.00. Great deal. The problem is that we ordered them on Sept. 5th. It is now September 15th and we still have not received our boxes! And we are moving in four days!! After numerous calls and no response from anyone at All American Van Lines, and even an intervention by Angie's List I finally spoke to Jimmy. No response from the five days prior. I have spent the last 10 days making a dozen calls with little to no response. Jimmy half-heartedly promised delivery TODAY and I have called at least 10 times and left voice mails on three different published numbers to verify delivery with no returned calls. I have even left messages with Ronnie Aviram, who I presume owns the company, and I have had no response from him. All American has our money and our boxes. Since I need to be packing, I suppose I will be making a trip to Home Depot to purchase boxes. This is extremely poor customer service. If they cannot deliver the boxes, then just let me know and give me a refund, so that I can purchase elsewhere. Is it too much to ask to let a customer know where they stand? It's hard for me to believe that they are one of Angie List's preferred providers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Choosing this company was a mistake. We were told to expect the movers at 9:30 am and they showed up at 11:20 am. The two workers were not professional. They heavily damaged two opposite corners of the dining room table, and left scuffs on both the floors and walls. Everything got moved by the end of the day, but the process was slow and very unpleasant. Weeks before the move, a representative came to the apartment and provided a quote for a total of $960 which included "through time" and "travel time." On the day of the move, a "fuel surcharge" ($50) and tolls were also added (these charges did not appear in the quote). Instead of providing receipts for the tolls, I actually overheard the office manager tell the worker to "just make it $100" (the cell phone volume was very loud). The final bill ended up being $1350. I bought the Angie's List deal for $50 for $100 Worth of Moving Services and showed the coupon to both the person who did the quote and the movers. However, the movers didn't know how to apply the coupon and told me my credit card would be credited for the $100 the next day. Despite two calls to the company over the past two weeks, I still have yet to receive the credit. I'm still working on getting the $100 credit and resolving the damage to the table (they use a third party company for insurance claims). Moving is never fun, but choosing All American Van Lines made the process torturous.

It went well. They were great. There were a few dishes and a vase broken but they will happen with any move (especially since we packed it). I would definitely use them again!

All American Van Lines was okay. There was some miscommunication early on but things ended up working out.

Some one from the moving company should check out the job before the work gets started.

While I was disappointed in the low ball estimate the movers gave me, they took great care with moving my possessions. One example is I had a huge palm plant that needed to be moved and they secured and situated the plant in the truck in such a way that it was not damaged at all. The movers were courteous and cooperative in all ways.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the extra cost involved with the service. They were polite, professional and responsive with me though.

All American Van Lines' price was reasonable. They were very professional. We had a little bit of communication issue in terms of when they were going to come so I actually had to through Angie's List to track them down. Otherwise, it worked out just fine. They came in the afternoon and it was a very easy move. They moved some boxes from point A to point B in a small time frame, it didn't take that long.

The materials were delivered promptly by a cordial, professional crew. I am considering using this provider to move my furniture and household items to my new location when ready.

I hired this company for a move from Clifton NJ to Hauppauge LI. My experience with this company was first rate, from the initial call to get a quote - to the completion of the job. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. The 3 men who were assigned to our job arrived on time and were very efficient in carefully wrapping and packing all the items in our apartment. They made sure to double-check if they had any questions about specific items or boxes. When they arrived at the destination location they moved everything to the area we had asked them to (asking them to move things into the basement or up to the 2nd floor was not an issue at all). They were very careful with maneuvering the items so as not to damage floors or walls. They cleaned up all the boxes/packing tape at the completion of the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a moving company. I will definitely call on them again if I need such services in the future.

They were early, they were great when they were loading the car, they were hurried and frustrated when they were unloading since they were a bit behind in the day.
