.Move very successful. Movers right on time - friendly and polite. Worked quickly and all furniture delivered successfully and within the time frame originally set up. All specifications of the the move well explained and used a coupon which was helpful.

The movers were very professional and willing to speed up the move in order to keep down the costs. They broke a door handle and promptly fixed it like new again.

We were happy with the physical move itself. They were on time, came the day before and packed things and the next day loaded the truck. They were here when they said they would be. They unloaded the truck right on time. However, I was not happy with the way they deal with the billing or the inventory list. The inventory list was of no use to me. They loaded the truck and then handed me a 20 page list of the numbered boxes they had packed. When they delivered the boxes, they removed the numbers and we were left not knowing if all of our boxes had been delivered. I was then handed the 20 page inventory list and asked to again sign off on it having no idea if everything was indeed there and accounted for. This is a very non-customer friendly way of doing things. We are now unpacking and not finding all of our boxes and other items such as our upright vacuum. Some of the items packed by the company were packed very unprofessionally. They appeared to be just thrown into the box with no packing materials. Other boxes were pack properly, clearly by a professional leading me to believe that some of the movers knew what they were doing and some did not. They billing was misleading, as I had to pay for services before they were rendered after being told that I would pay at the completion of the work.

What a great company. From my first meeting with Arel (Who patiently answered my questions for months before I committed) to the dispatcher and moving team of Rawlins, Patrick and Jovan, my move from Greenwich Connecticut to upstate New York was handled on time, professionally and carefully. It was a three day job with a 6 Hour drive each way and two different stops at the destination. This was my first move in 30+ years and it could not have been better. Definitely use these guys not just for the great price but for great service.

The men were extremely professional and helpful. They took great care with my things and even paid special attention to some antique pieces that were wobbly.

While the movers were very nice, they ended up being really late, about 1 and a half hours after the 9-11 window. The person I spoke with said they were going to be a little late but I didn’t realize it would be 1½ hours late. They took good care of my items. I was surprised at the final total. It was a little more than I expected because of the tolls. The orginal contact, Zachary, was very good with scheduling and his follow up was also very good.

One of the furniture pieces was broken, shelves were missing, a leather sofa was scratched with a knife when they opened the wrap. The delivery guy was rude and was in a hurry to leave without writing the comments about the missing and broken furniture. The office folks especially Ronnie, Ori handled my order very nice, the pickup crew were very friendly and handled the furniture very safely. The delivery folks messed it up. I was not happy the way the furniture was delivered.

Hard working. Did a great job.

They took great care of all our belongings and completed the job very efficiently. This is my first movingI would definitely recommend company I've hired but I would recommend using their service .

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again when the opportunity or need arises.

I hired All American Van Lines to move me from Norwood, NJ to Voorhees, NJ. We moved two days after this year's first major snow storm. The team arrive within the window promised and they were fantastic. They took great care to wrap and pack up the new furniture I had and were very helpful, courteous and professional in every way. We had a 111 mile trip, a lot of boxes and a very long day. The All American Van Lines team was absolutely an A-Team and extremely helpful throughout the entire day. Great job, great company I would highly recommend. They are spot on with their estimate and extremely responsive. I'm very happy I decided to choose them for this long-distance move.

The price was good for the amount of boxes and materials but the delivery was a bit haphazard. The products seemed to be all over the truck (not sure if I received everything I was supposed to get) and the shipping paper that was included in the promotion was ragged and ripped on the edges. I also had to wait 2 weeks before they could deliver since I live in NJ and they are from NY.

Contacted All American Van Lines to move some furniture from my parent's home in Florida to my residence in Suffolk County. All American took my deposit over the phone, and informed me total payment would be required upon delivery. Moving company arrived in Florida for the pick up asking for payment in full, in cash. Numerous phone calls took place, as the movers were refusing to move anything with out payment in full. After an hour of back and forth phone calls, the manager of the company agreed to accept half of the balance due on a credit card. The next day I contacted All American who informed me that they contracted the move out to another company they deal with regularly. I have no issue that the move was contracted out, however, the two companies do not have similar payment policies which presented a huge issue upon pick up. Both All American and Rhino Moving company issued apologies for the confusion with payment. Furniture was delivered 3 1/2 weeks after it was picked up, which I was told, is common for long distance moves.

The movers were great. They were on time, worked hard and fast, and the slight damage that was done to a piece of furniture during transport they deducted from their expenses without me even asking. Highly recommend them.

Everything went great except they failed to call before arriving fir delivery as agreed upon. The product is good quality except for the packing tape that is a little cheap.

They were effective. WIthin the 2 hour hour window they picked up the refrigerator in Port Jeff Station and transported it to Eastport.

A team of three guys arrived to pack up and load the truck - they worked tirelessly, carrying everything down from the third floor. They worked constantly, without taking any breaks and they were very careful with everything. Another group of three guys delivered and unloarded the truck, set the furniture up, etc - they, too, worked non-stop until the job was done. All in all it was a pleasure to work with All American Van Lines -- from start to finish it was smooth and easy. The initial estimate and actual costs were within $100. You can trust this company - they won't cheat you .. they'll get the job done... they keep you informed every step of the process and they handle your goods carefully. If you're looking for a moving company you can trust, look no further!

They were great. I called and was able to arrange to pick up the supplies at their warehouse. They were willing to deliver but I needed them quickly. Mr. Russo at Farmingdale put my order together and helped pack my small car. The Kit is really worth the money. I plan to call them and get a estimate for my move.

It was good. I felt the price was good for what I got. Scheduling the Big Deal was fine.

The move and the coordination were great. We had 3 moves over this year. First, my husband moved a whole bunch of his stuff to storage, and then some stuff from another location into our home, and then we moved everything to a new place. There was complex scheduling and packing, multiple locations, restrictions with the buildings - and they handled it all well. The staff who reserved my move for me were professional, helpful and accommodating. When the movers arrived - firstly I want to say what nice people they all are. It is not what one expects when you think of movers. They were just... nice!! Amazingly nice people, skilled, fast, and did a great job. Prices were very fair and reasonable. This is a great company. Unfortunately, we have to move again next year (hopefully this time to our forever home), and on that move I am definitely going to use them again.

Everything went great! No issues. The price was great for what we got and the guys were very nice. They could tell we just did a lot of work in the house, and they were very careful not to hit the walls or scratch our new wood floors. I would definitely recommend them. We got the great price by using a Angie's list deal.

They were perfectly friendly and helpful, prompt in responding, etc. They were just much more expensive than other movers, even with the $50 discount.

This company arrived promptly at the expected time, spent some time preparing the path they would have to take through the co-op's various rooms of furniture, removed several cushions from the sofa bed, and then wrapped it and carried it downstairs to their truck. The entire experience was extremely comfortable for this senior citizen who has to depend on herself to select help for household chores.
