Joe was very personable and worked with me to get my deck repaired that was damaged from a wind storm. His crew was very respectful. Joe stayed in contact with me as things were progressing, and we talked through every detail and discussed any changes that needed to be done. I felt like we were on the same team and that he wanted to make sure my husband and I were pleased when the job was done. A person's character means a lot to me in how business is done. First time sealing my deck at my home. Joe Sr. Promptly reached out and and set up time to walk me through the steps. Once we agreed, Joe Jr, and the team were out the next day to power wash the deck. With the rain being off and on, we needed to wait a bit to seal so in all the job took a little over a week but only 2 days of works. Both Joeà ¢à  à  s were thorough, explained how each product worked and made sure to finish the job only when we knew there was not any rain in the forecast as that can spoil the water seal. Would recommend and work them again!

The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Joe answered everyone of my calls and believe me there where a lot! Every question and concern was addressed and the clean up after WOW!! My deck is our favorite place to be and it?s due to the expertise of this company.

All I feel lied to and depressed. Please, before you hire this company do your homework and do not. The carpenters are top-rate but the boss thinks you are a ATM machine. And if you are as dumb as am, you'll pay him before the job is complete and he'll leave you with an unfinished project. The poor carpenters had to skimp and use their own money to fix little things. He was so nice before he got his money. And then the claws came out. He put a skirt around my deck which should have cost me maybe $400, if that. He charged me $17.00. He pocketed $1300. And God knows what he made on the porch project which is incomplete. I will be making a case with "Consumer Affairs." If he finishes the job, I will take this review down and forget it. Also, I think all these great reviews are bogus.

All Star's work was great. Joe and the team power washed, repaired, stained and sealed my deck, and now it looks new! Joe was in constant touch with me during the job even when we threw a Hurricane into the mix. Very professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
