Replaced ceiling light in the kitchen. Before appt he asked important questions on the phone to try to determine if our existing fixture could be fixed. He recommended we buy a new fixture before he came, which was good advice. Professional and thorough. New light and dimmer work well.

Received an initial email with contact information I left message about my availability but company just kept sending same contact information email. I was but never contacted even though I provided a number and dates of preference for services as requested in form. Overall happy with Angie's list but no longer want the service from this provider. Have not heard from company again to schedule any appointments they have my numbers and available dates and times.

Well, it's three months since writing the above - and what shines through is that "I don't really care attitude". PLEASE AVOID!!!.

Joe went through diligently and he fixed my garage light as well for free even though it wasn't part of the deal.

A complete electrical inspection was performed by AJI Electric and a report was emailed to me. The electrician was helpful, polite, well informed and I recommend this company very highly. He even went out of his way to get his ladder from the truck in order to change my closet lightbulb as my ceilings are high.

I called Mr Irizarry after finding him on Angie's List to fix what I thought was an electrical short in my sump pump alarm, allowing it to back up. He arrived as promised promptly on Saturday and reviewed my entire electrical system from my circuit box to my second floor, which took him quite some time. Afterwards, he took more time to explain everything to me, showing me where everything was and what was connected to what. He explained that there was no short but that I actually had only one pump and not two as I had thought. Long story short -- he didn't charge me one dime! His professionalism is exemplary and I will certainly use him again in the future!

Joe was amazing- he provided service the same day we requested, coming out on his personal time to do work at our weekend home. He tested electrical fixtures and made many helpful suggestions. The work we requested was minor, but it meant everything to us to get it done asap. His professionalism and courtesy were marvelous, as was the work he did. We will definitely be contacting him again as we do more electrical work around our home.

The bedroom looks amazing! Joe and the crew were able to save the original wooden doors and the new wood trim blended beautifully with the old doors. The room looks stunning and the hardwood floors were preserved. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up every day after they completed their work. AJI has done numerous projects here, anything from outlet changes to room renovations to generator installation. Everything has been done professionally, and with a high level of attention to detail. Since this is an older home, they take great care to preserve the original fixtures while updating what needs to be updated. Joe is a great resource and I trust him with his recommendations.

The thermostats in my home were very old and one of them malfunctioned. Joe, the owner, quickly came over, assessed the situation, and replaced all of the thermostats in my home very quickly and efficiently. When I have had work done in the past by contractors, the house is left in terrible condition. He even touched up the paint on the walls where the old thermostats were removed. He really went out of his way to be helpful and do a good job. I have since contacted him for additional projects. He is well-spoken and professional.

Joe the owner, is PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND AMAZING! My parents who are both older and sick needed assistance immediately. Their power and AC went out in amazingly hot weather. I called Joe and he rearranged his whole schedule to assist my parents. He came immediately, did excellent work and was beyond reasonably priced! I am amazed that someone who didn't really know who we were was so kind, empathetic and compassionate he is truly one of a kind!
