They are the worst. We have used them for 12 years and we just terminated their services and so he is charging us another 75 Dollars. They used to charge us quarterly for monitoring. We needed some work done on our alarm system due to some construction work done in our house, and my husband contacted him multiple times over the past 4 weeks, telling him that we needed the security alarm put back together again. We received one missed call and that was it. We contacted another provider and we were pleased with what they had. They told us that Harrison had put a lock out code on our alarm, which we paid for. The consumer pays for the box and the chip and they said that this code is put on the alarm to put people out. so they said that if he would give us the code, they would not have to replace our box, which was an additional 185 Dollars. We contacted him and said that we have decided to go in a different direction at which point we got a call back and he said that he knows he left us a message and his mother has been sick, the whole 9 yards. We told him that we will pay at the end of the month for the end of the quarter although the alarm is technically not working and we asked him for the code. He said no. He said he would be willing to wipe it out, but he would have to come to the house and he was going to charge us 75 Dollars, which is untrue, he doesn't need to come to the house, he can give us the code over the phone. He is holding us hostage, we either pay 75 Dollars or we have to pay for a new box. They are fine with the monitoring, we have had no issues with the company, but as far his availability, responsiveness and now this. He is charging us for something that we paid for. He says he has proprietor information on it that needs to be wiped out. I would not use him again and I would not recommend him. He was willing to pay us the bill for the quarterly, but getting his attention was impossible until we told him that we were going in another direction. There was a time in California when our alarm went off and we tried calling him but he wouldn't respond. We are terminating our relationship due to lack of response. I feel like he is holding up for ransom and this is a box that I paid for.
