The morning Joe came to put in the tankless hot water heater my sump pump stopped working and water was in the celler. Joe fixed that problem and then put in the tankless hot water tank. And As often happens what could go wrong did, but Joe took care of the problems and finished the job.

Joe came in and was very friendly and professional. Some contractors make you feel a little uncomfortable while they are in your home. Joe is the type of person you don t want to leave because he is such a good person. Seriously if you are having issues with your furnace or hot water heater, don t hesitate and call Joe!!! Promptly called to set up the estimate, came the same day to do the estimate, got the install scheduled within two days and the furnace in and working perfectly within 8 hours.

After getting a quote from another furnace company and trying to over sell us something we didn't need. I tried Home Advisor and found Joe. I explained the situation to him and what was going on. He was friendly, helpful and honest which the other company was not. Joe installed our furance over the weekend and we are nothing but happy with the work. We appreciate everything.

They showed up when promised and were very professional. Joe answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns along the way, nothing was an effort. They replaced a 20 year old non-efficient Carrier Central AC unit with a new Amana 16 SEER high-efficiency unit, a new hole-house AprilAire humidifier, updated thermostat, included revamping some of the old duct work and so of the old wiring. The quality of work was tops, Joe is the real deal, did everything by the book. He would not leave until every detail was 100% attended to. They were very easy to work with, their price was fair and we would call them again if we needed their services in the future. Only been a couple of days but so far, so good. We can really tell the difference in the cooling performance.

They showed up on time and did a very good job, except they removed the drain cap in basement to allow the water to run into the drain, but they should have come up with a better solution.
