He scheduled an appt. the day we contacted him. He was on time & very professional. He was very informative & told me things in reference to my furnace that I wasn't aware of. The cost of the repair service was very reasonable. I thought it would cost much more & that I would be replacing my furnace. He gave me an estimate for a new furnace which I plan to replace in the summer I certainly will call them again.

I was quoted a lower price for a better product and a more comprehensive service than 2 other furnace guys - one a big commercial group, the other a small contractor. I felt comfortable and confident with his abilities, product, process and cost. He came in on a Saturday to replace my furnace. His work was meticulous and thorough, and he fixed things that neither of the other guys suggested or noticed. He was respectful of my property - put down rugs to protect the carpeting, and cleaned up afterward. The final cost was exactly what I was quoted. I can't recommend him highly enough - I would hire him again in an instant.
