I loved the work they did in my daughters room, so I hired them the following week to do my room . My husband is extremely picky and he was beyond impressed.

We recently had our bedroom floor sanded, stained, and refinished with Royal Floor Sanding. Not only was the service fast and friendly, but it was completely CLEAN and professional! I truly enjoyed how FAST the job was done, the great communication before, during, and after the job, and the way in which I was able to select the stain for my floor. Luis put a few samples on my actual floor so I could see how the stain looked. He explained that this is a crucial step so as to make sure you're happy with the color on the floor you will be walking on and seeing everyday. I have nothing but great things to say about Luis and his services, and I will most definitely be using them again!

Luis called and set up the date. The price was fair and he showed up on time. He had to come back to finish the polish the next day. Luis did not ask for any money up front or even after the first day. Full balance was paid after the second day when the job was complete. A pleasure to work with and I will recommend him to others.

Worked with Luis on my third project. He did a fantastic job again and again. His first job was to refinish hard wood floors. He impressed us with his work and we have been hiring him for all our floor projects. Highly recommended. Responded to request quickly and at a affordable price. Luis worked hard and his attention to detail was great, he took the care as if it was his own home. His crew replaced damage boards, reface stair riser and provide an additional coat of poly at no cost because he did not like the way it came out. Quality service at affordable price!!

Louis and his team were quick to respond to our request and accommodated our time frame. They were prompt, courteous, and neat. Louis personally inspected the work, nd made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. The results are beautiful.

Louis was prompt with his estimate, accommodated other trades, was flexible in scheduling. He was on the job himself each day. Floors hadn't been done in @20 yrs...worn, dirty, warped, pet stains. The end result looks like a brand new floor. Would definitely use them again.

I wish I could give a rating higher than a 5. Luis and his team were outstanding. We had major construction done on our house and Luis finished our new floors and re-finished all of the remaining wood floors in our home. Not only do the floors look amazing, they scheduled everything so it would not interrupt our lives and still managed to get it all done SO quickly. By far my favorite vendor throughout all of our construction. Cannot not say enough great things about them. Would recommend their services 100%.
