PRIORITY CESSPOOL SEWER & DRAIN, INC

My husband and I just moved from Long Beach. We bought our house, and have never owned a house with a cesspool. I contacted Priority to come over to inspect the system and educate me about how to maintain it properly. I called on a Friday morning, and they scheduled me for the next day. They called before they came over, within the two hour window of time that they had told me the day before. Paul was the knowledgable technician that came over to do the job. He located my overflow tank first and dug up the covering so we could look inside. Luckily, the overflow was relatively new and empty, so he closed it back up, and proceeded to dig up the main cesspool. The main cesspool was 75% full, but again in good shape. While he was working on the second cesspool, the owner, John arrived to introduce himself and to check out the system. Paul then suggested that we pump the cesspool and clean it, and gave me the quote before-hand so that I could chose what I wanted to do. I opted to get it pumped and cleaned. While doing the job, Paul explained everything that he was doing, and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions( and I did have a lot of them). He always told me how much a service would be ahead of time so their were no surprises. The total time for the job was 2 hours. I will absolutely use this company again, and I would definitely refer them to a friend! Thanks so much for all of your help Priority!

Called Priority in the Morning and reached John, a real person answering the phone who can answer a question great start. I explained my issue and John offered a same day appointment. He advised he would call when his crew was about 30 minutes away and gave me a window of time I should expect to hear from him. John called when he said he would and as promised Paul and Mike were at my door in under 30 minutes. Paul and Mike were great, no nonsense guys ready to work and answered all my questions. I thought I knew where the pool was, I was wrong but they quickly located it and gained access. They pumped the tank, air rated the area and treated it with chemicals. Guys were very neat, very little to no dirt disturbed by their methods. No mess out from or in the driveway. Paul and Mike were very personable, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained everything. They let me know my options and explained what they recommend in a non pushy way. I would use them again without any hesitation.

Service was performed by Paul. He did a great job, explaining what my options were and what each would cost before starting the job. He gave me the total cost before he knew that I used Angie's List and would be applying a discount to that cost. Throughout the work he explained what he was doing and showed me exactly how the process was going. Paul was extremely polite. He replaced everything he dug out and left our lawn and shrubs looking almost exactly like they did before he started the job. He even moved the excess soil to a spot of my choosing inn my backyard. Couldn't ask for more.

Paul arrived within the "45 minutes" that John indicated it would take to send a truck out to our address, and was a complete professional.

Just as we were about to sell our home of 33 years, the old hand built cesspool in the backyard collapsed. We lived in fear of this event because we knew that a new cesspool could not be put in the backyard and would need to be put into the tiny front yard. After meeting with two other cesspool companies, John was like a breath of fresh air (no pun intended). He was able to do the job quickly for a reasonable price and he inspired confidence. The whole job was done in one day and the cleanup was great. When, the following week, my attorney insisted on particular wording in the warranty to make my buyer happy, John came to the rescue, meeting with me, not once, but twice until we got it right.

Called office # on 11/28/15 approx. 10AM. Understanding this was a Saturday morning after Thanksgiving I was prepared to have to make numerous calls to providers to find someone available. Fortunately contacted Priority and he said the would have someone here by Noon. SCORE! At approx. 11AM get a call from Paul that he would be at my house within 30mins he was on the way. Arrives at 11:30am Long story short Paul is a Good Guy, professional, got right to work cleared my mainline from outside as to not have to make a mess inside. Pumped out the septic system and done By 1:30pm. My recommendation is if you have a problem of this sort call Priority and ask if Paul is headed your way. I will. David

This company certainly lived up to its name. On a Saturday afternoon, when we had guests staying, we had a problem and Priority turned up very soon after we called. It turned out to be a more complicated job than it first seemed. They did an adjustment to tide us over until very first thing Monday morning when they completed the job. The staff were very professional and clearly explained the problem to us as well as providing good advice going forward.

I hired John to install a $1,500 gallon Septic Tank that was required by the Board of Health due to the fact I added an extension with another bedroom to my house. John gave me a fair price, installed it within a week, walked me through the whole process and coordinated the Health Department inspection. He also noticed my cesspools were not the proper height (previous Cesspool installation company shorted me) and explained why we needed to correct this. I would highly recommend John and if I ever need my septic tank or cesspools serviced, I will definitely call John.

Our washer was not emptying to the cesspool, was backing up and draining to the basement floor, we researched a few cesspool companies and was impressed with the reviews and lack of complaints thru Angie's List and the BBB. From the 1st phone call, they were friendly, courteous and prompt. When the technician came he assessed the problem, pumped out 1000 gallons and told us we would need a new pool. The pools are 45 years old, made of cinderblock and were approx. 20 feet down. He gave us a price, we scheduled the work. They arrived on time and when they opened the pool it was almost full, again They ran into a few problems and solved them (no additional cost to us). The work was completed to our satisfaction I would highly recommend this company. Everyone was efficient, did what was expected in a highly proficient manner. The crew and owner very friendly, took their time to explain everything and my son in law has made a new friend! Thank You Priority! .

Spoke to John, the owner on the phone and explained we had just moved into our new house this summer and wanted to see the cesspool's condition (the previous owner only told us he had no issues and never needed a pump out). Paul, the technician, was at my house within 90 minutes of my call. Paul found the main tank, opened it, found it overflowing, pumped it out, treated the tank and buried the cover again. Excellent response, excellent work.

Called yesterday afternoon and they scheduled me for a 7:30am appointment following day since I could hold over to the morning. Paul arrived close to scheduled time and was very pleasant and professional diagnosing the issue. He checked all areas and gave his recommendations on what to fix and future plans to add an extra overflow so this doesn't happen so often being I have a large number of people that live in my house. The work went smooth and fast and we were delighted with the outstanding service provided by Paul and Priority Cesspool !! Thank You guys!!!

I couldn't be happier! I did not know the location of my cesspool, and wanted it serviced while it had last been at least 5 years since it had been pumped. Two gentlemen arrived exactly on time, and went to work to locate the cesspool. This was truly not an easy task-- pipes appeared to go towards the back yard, however in the end were located in the front. The Foreman even entered an old accessory stairway where the pipes exit to look more closely-- had to use a small ladder to go through access way to a large crawl space over old stairs to the basement. There were no outside vents and they used a metal detector to find the tank. When they located a tank, they didn't stop there. After some investigation the foreman was convinced it was an overflow tank, and he set out then to find the main, which was eventually located a distance away under landscaping bushes. He was diligent and determined-- I truly believe some may likely have stopped at the first tank, especially while it had taken so much time and effort to find it. They then installed 2 tubes with caps for future easy access, and pumped and treated the systems. They even washed off the surrounding grass and bushes-- I never would have thought of that. The gentlemen were friendly and professional, and very hard working. The foreman even kindly educated me a bit on the system, and what one should do, what types of tanks I have, etc. In the end, they spent a good three hours at my home, applied the %10 discount from Angie's List, and I believe the final cost of the service was more than fair. Thank you! I am very happy, and would highly recommend Priority Cesspool. I will definitely have them back for continued future maintenance.

The technician came by and within minutes was able to tell me all the hows and whys of my problem. Not only did he tell me how the tank burned out, he gave me all of my options and prices within minutes. Not expecting that I would have to replace the tank, I asked if I could schedual them to come back to fix it so I could manage my household budget to fit with this bad surprise. They were wonderful and let me pick a date they could return where it would be more economically feasible for me. The day they came to replace my pump they were a few minutes late of the schedualed time- but someone called me to say he was running a little bit late so it was no inconvience at all. After they replaced my pump and left, I had a few questions about the wiring and how the pump worked. To my amazement and delight (and embarrassment) they had the technician COME BACK TO MY HOUSE TO PERSONALLY EXPLAIN HOW IT ALL WORKED! I could not been more satisfied. "Above" and" beyond" is very rare.

extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, timely, clean, honest, friendly... I can't say enough about these gentlemen. my only regret is that now that the work is done there isn't anything else I could hire them for. I would recommend them to anyone anytime...

The men from Priority arrived on time. They checked why our toilet was not draining properly and discovered that our cesspool was full, preventing the toilet from draining properly. The men had the cesspool pumped out quickly with no complications and were very professional in giving us our options of pumping out the cesspool or considering replacing it since it is very old and will need to be eventually. There was no pressure on which decision to make and we greatly appreciate their professional way.

We are very satisfied with the work done by John, the owner, and his crew. We originally got three proposals from three companies, all Angie's list recommendations. All three proposed the identical work, with Priority Cesspool having the lowest cost. At one point we thought we might have to dig up part of our patio to connect to the pipe. I called all three back to see if this would effect the cost. One company never responded and the other increased their estimate. John stood by his proposal even with the possible extra work. John and his two workers performed the work over about 5 hours. They had to take down some fencing to access the back yard. They expertly used some heavy machinery to remove the main cesspool and overflow. Happily, the patio did not have to be dug up. New cesspools were installed and the ground above leveled and smoothed over. Fencing was restored and three boxwoods that had to be dug were replanted. They cleaned up the dirt left on the street. We found John and his crew to be professional, courteous and competent. We would recommend this company without reservations

dont look any further --dont waste your time or energy searching .this is the real deal..i called this morning at 10am paul came to the house(you should ask for him personally if possible)...previous owner paved over my septic cover so paul had to remove pavers and dig through cement to get to it....he didnt flinch or complain..just did it..then filled it all back in with sand(toy box sand i had) and replaced the pavers .....most im sure would leave a complete mess....this service was a joy....ive dealt with many home improvement and service companies this was a breath of fresh air!....thank you priority!!!!!!

It went smooth. John is a cool guy. You can tell he cares about what he does.

Everything went well and took about 8 hours on one day and they also spread Topsoil that I had delivered by a Nursery the previous day. They gave me suggestions of how I could regrow my front lawn.

Great! They were able to fit my job in, even though they were busy and this was my first time dealing with them. They arrived within a few hours of my initial call, and did the job quickly and at a reasonable price. I will surely use Priority Cesspool again and give them an excellent recommendation.

I can't find the words to adequately state just how satisfied we were with this significant job. From start to finish John and his crew, Paul and Mike, were absolutely fantastic. They listened to all our concerns and went above and beyond what was called for. During the installation an exterior water pipe was hit that was unknown to us as well as John. John stopped the installation and fixed the broken pipe that was now leaking in the basement. This clearly was not his fault or his responsibility and I was more than pleased to not have to call a plumber! Obviously damage to landscape with this type of work is to be expected, however when all was complete it was clear that John minimized the upheaval to our yard. I would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone in need of a new cesspool system. My only regret is that John's buisness is limited to cesspools as he is the type of individual and buisnessman I would love to use for all of my home repairs!

Fantastic service! Couldn't have had a better experience. Paul identified the source of the problem quickly, and fixed it in a fraction of the time that it had taken a lesser company to fix the same problem last year. I'm confident that the job was done right this time. I highly recommend Priority. Paul was a real breath of fresh air . . . funny, professional, punctual, and most importantly, he knew his craft well.

excellent, they came on time, actully came abit early ...were very professional, had to remove a section of fence and maneuver through tight spot to dig, all while preserving two nearby trees, they also had to hand dig under a garden bed containing an electrical lampost. Did a great job!
