Michelle has a terrible attitude. The report was not what I expected for the $325 I paid. It took her a very short amount of time to take a sample and she did not give a visual inspection report as I was told she would. She said she did not see anything, however, when I had remediation guys come, they pointed out a lot of visual areas that had mold. She also did not include in her written report one of the more toxic chemicals that were found by the lab. The test was also taken when there was a lot of activity in the area and the doors were open and closed during testing. The remediation guys said this can affect the validity of the testing. When I brought this to her attention and asked that she give me a break on a retest, she was very agitated and rude. She gave me a break at $250, but I still thought it was too high and didnt want to take the chance of using her poor service again. Buyer beware and maybe just go straight to remediation which should only be around $900. I recommend C&G for remediation. Not worth spending the $325 up front and another $325 on a retest (after remediation is done). Just apply the $325 to the remediation and once that is done, pay for a retest

Michelle from Blue Sky was extremely professional and courteous. We set up an appointment after the wait time was over from the mold treatment. She was on time for the appointment. Explained the process. Called in a couple of days with the Lab result. Then forward a copy of her report and the Lab's by email. She was very pleasant and nice. I hope I don't need her services again but if I do I will most definitely call her.

She did testing and sent me results. I had spoke to Michelle Ferguson about the results and the fact that I still had mold present in two rooms in my house. I also had told her that I was upset with the mold remediation company, C &G Restorations whose owners are Guy and Carol Reed. I dealt with Guy Reed for my mold remediation. Besides mold still being present which was discovered during the mold remediation(he did not do a thorough examination of a back room) there was also damage to my property and removal of my staircase platform and preceding step without my permission and was not cited in the contract for removed, but was to be only biowashed! I therefore communicated to Ms. Ferguson about what he had done, and she knew since she took photos of the clogged drains and dirty window shelves, and saw my damaged staircase and drop ceiling. I called her and told her that I did not want her to have any communication with him about my residence's mold lab report or to give him a copy. She promised she would do as I have requested. Mr. Reed told my lawyer that he had contacted Ms.Ferguson by email. I called and asked her about this and she said she did not recall any emails but she would check her email log. This was about a week ago. I recently received a letter, dated April 2, 2016 and in it Guy Reed stated he consulted with Blue Sky Inspection before he did the mold remediation. I emailed her twice and she finally responded that she had spoken to Guy Reed and had given him "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" from the post lab report! She stated that Guy Reed told her that my lawyer contacted him, Guy told her he need my mold lab results.. Ms. Ferguson proceeded to give him the mold lab results which I had instructed her not to release. I paid money for this mold testing by Blue Sky Inspections and it is a private and confidential document ! Ms. Ferguson is highly unprofessional to release this information! She is also very evasive and did not tell me a week ago that she had spoken to Guy Reed, and I called her twice. Also, she never got back to me about the emails. ALSO, she should have told Mr. Reed that she could not divulge lab report information and that he should call me. . I guess once she is paid she does not care about the customer! Do not use her! She is highly unprofessional!

I contacted Michelle Ferguson via phone and we set up an appointment for my home inspection due to leak/water damage from severe rainstorm in August. Michelle was very prompt, showing up on time and professional and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and welcomed any and all questions that my husband and I had. Upon her completion of air samples and inspection, she told us it would take a few days before the results would return from the lab and she would forward that to us via email, which she did. Upon completion of my remediation per her protocol, I had her return to do a post testing and inspection. And those test results were again emailed to me promptly. Michelle is a true professional who definitely knows her job. I felt so comfortable having her in my home and felt free to ask her any questions. Before leaving my home for the post testing, she told me to call her for anyting, anytime. It went fine. They were very good. We have no problems now. The price was very fair; it was not outlandish. They came when they were supposed to and they did what they were supposed to do. They didn't keep us waiting. It was done quickly. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. They actually dusted some things that I didn't expect. They were flexible to our needs and we were flexible to them as well. They were very professional.

Michelle was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm a landlord and was not able to be at the work site, but she was still able to get the job done. Setting up an appointment was quick, and she was able to come and take care of the job in quick manner.

Recently, I hired Michelle Ferguson of Blue Sky Inspections to perform air quality testing in my basement where mold had been present. I chose to have two air quality tests done; one to confirm my suspicions of active mold growth and another for clearance of the air quality post remediation. Indoor/ Outdoor samples were taken both times for comparative reasoning to analyze the mold counts. Michelle tested the humidity levels in the basement as well as checked the drywall for signs of moisture. When it comes to air quality handling Michelle is the best out there hands down. She is extremely knowledge of her field of work as she presents herself with the utmost professionalism and concern for her customers. Her turn over time for lab results is very fast and she is not involved in any type of remediation which avoids any conflicts of interest. I find Michelle to be extremely honest, trustworthy, responsive and caring. Her prices are very reasonable and I would never hesitate to hire her again or recommend her to others whom have mold concerns in their house. Michelle, to this day, has provided me with advice and recommendations toward ensuring a safe environment within my home as well as any and all other concerns of mine regarding mold. I cannot even begin to explain how much help she has been to me and my family. Thank you Michelle, I sincerely appreciate everything you have done for me.

My Wife and I moved into a home that was occupied by the worst tenants imaginable. Our basement was packed with mold, black mold and other classes of mold. Prior to her coming over my wife and I began knocking down the walls to the rooms in the basement which is why we called her in the first place because it was then we discovered how bad it actually was. We wanted to get this resolved as quickly and professional as possible before renovations started. To sum it up quickly MIchelle is AWESOME! After reading online about horror stories on what it costs to fix moldy rooms was really scary. To hear a lot of insurance companies do not cover it and small rooms like a bathroom can reach thousands of dollars to fix is pretty scary, so a basement had me terrified. (we have a fairly large finished basement.). Michelle came by on time and is always professional, kind, and courteous. Michelle answered all of my questions and concerns and took the time to listen to me. I had dealt with contractors who have a team of people and they are always looking out for each other. They make it sound scary and reccomend you to their friend who will do a simple fix for big bucks. Michelle has people that will help resolve your problem but she gives you awesome detailed tips and advice saving big $$$$$$! Michelle explained to us if we cleaned up the mess we made we would save thousands on having someone else doing it. Michelle told us what masks to get, how to protect ourselves, how to handle mold if we got it on us, the type of clothing we should wear, and the type of chemicals we should use to clean the not so hazardous mold off walls that could be saved. We listened to her advice and cleaned up everything successfully. When it came time to have our house fogged to kill the mold in the air she was right. It only costs us few hundred dollars to have that done rather than a few thousand for the cleanup plus the fogging. I really appreciated her taking the time to tell us that. I have heard this line from many contractors "Ugh you can't do this by your yourself" and then their buddy gets in on the job. I really appreciated that Michelle was down to earth and she looks out for you, not anyone else. This is so golden if you are anything like my wife and I, we are handy and not afraid to work. Any money we can save to put into other projects is always a plus for us. One last thing, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with. You can email her pics or text them to her and she will get back to you with more great advice if you have suspicion of anything.
