Mike provided a written estimate, was well recommended by a neighbor and my house painter, and completed the work on time over 3 days. We were initially very happy with it, but over the winter a one foot square area peeled loose where the car sits, and two people slipped and fell because the floor gets very slippery when wet. They had dusted an aluminum oxide grit on the final coat to prevent slipping, but there were areas that were too lightly treated. When we returned from an extended vacation in the spring, I contacted Mike and he came to the house to look at the problem. He seemed sincere and promised to return to repair the work under the promised 1 year warranty. He failed to show when scheduled. I talked to him by phone and re-scheduled the repairs. He failed to show a second time, and now does not return my calls. I think we were very reasonable customers, and I don't understand why this company will not honor its warranty. Update July 2013 - Mike eventually came back and completely re-did the garage floor. He explained that he had sold the company but felt an obligation to us. We accepted his apology, and are satisfied with the new work. We have since sold the house, so I can't comment on how the new work has held up.
