From first contact through last, their professional and friendly service was exceptional!!!

Guy did ok but it took him about 1 and 1/2 hours or less and we still had to pay over$400 because that was the estimate😡 And he said that’s how you have to pay by the estimate hours and not by the exact work hours. So I believe the estimate hours was about 4 hours and we had to pay for 4 hours and not the actual time it took the guy. Would never use again if that’s the policy of company and I would not recommend to friends. That’s not fair The one star for rating is only for the guy who did the work. Not the company😡

Fantastic. Here on time and did a masterful job replacing the old unit and modifying our duct system for maximum efficiency.

I was very please that the issue was related to a clogged tube within my furnace. I have used T-Mark before and have found them to be professional, honest and reliable. They never try to sell you something you do not need. Thanks

They left job elements off the quote and did not reply to e-mailed questions about the quote

I've used T-Mark multiple times. They do quality work, fairly priced and a pleasure to deal with.

GREAT. They replaced our very old dead boiler with a brand new state of the art boiler/tankless hot water heater combination and also got a very reasonable monthly payment plan AND they provided the forms for rebates.

I don’t recall using T Mark for my property. I did request a quote but in general I found them unresponsive and expensive.

tried to over sell and scare about needing replacement immediately which was not the case.Also tried to sell us a tankless water heater which the old one was fine and not needing replacement. Would not recommend them.

Unfortunately, it happened in the evening and they couldn’t send anyone till the morning. They made us the first call and sent John out. He quickly find the problem and resolved it. A very friendly tech who communicated well and showed us, and our home, respect. Asked him about an issue w our kitchen faucet and he told me what I needed to purchase and then to make an appointment to get it fixed. Will definitely ask for him on next service call.

Have had 4 furnaces installed and several repairs performed over the years. Always timely and good service.
