Went great, they were on time and in and out in no time.

Fantastic. Here on time and did a masterful job replacing the old unit and modifying our duct system for maximum efficiency.

They gave an estimate but did not seem truly interested in job. I did not hire them went with another company

T-Mark tried to sell me a new furance for $2800.00 instead of fixing the old one. I had another plumber come and he fixed it for $300.00. I don't trust them anymore.

They performed Furnace tuneup,which was all covered but $10 by National Fuel rebate

tried to over sell and scare about needing replacement immediately which was not the case.Also tried to sell us a tankless water heater which the old one was fine and not needing replacement. Would not recommend them.

except for being able to connect to my nest the rest went smoothly .

I originally had them come to my house and do plumbing work. Couple weeks later I had them install a heating and cooling unit in my mothers home. They were very friendly quick and fair with the price

The technician was courteous and on time.

Guy did ok but it took him about 1 and 1/2 hours or less and we still had to pay over$400 because that was the estimate😡 And he said that’s how you have to pay by the estimate hours and not by the exact work hours. So I believe the estimate hours was about 4 hours and we had to pay for 4 hours and not the actual time it took the guy. Would never use again if that’s the policy of company and I would not recommend to friends. That’s not fair The one star for rating is only for the guy who did the work. Not the company😡
