I have never been disappointed with this company. They are always professional and able to schedule in a reasonable time frame. I recommend them to anyone needed plumbing and or HVAC services.

Well it ended up working out. Had to return when it happened again. Called no problem he was out the next day. An it is all good. Very polite young man.

Able to troubleshoot the problem and eventually to clear the clog. Required removing toilet. Knowledgeable and efficient service person. Recommend T-Mark!

They managed to remove 95+% of the tree roots. Well done. A bit pricey though.

Installer was not very friendly. Was difficult to get them to install lineset on the opposite side. luckily I had already read through the instructions and it was quite easily done otherwise they would have drilled another hole in the exterior wall through a support beam!! (It was if the installers had never read the manual). Lineset was left with gaps in insulation. They failed to properly level, pitch, and configure the indoor unit for proper drainage. (and yes the salesman was told of the need to have the lineset on the opposite side at time of sale, to which I was told it would not be a problem) When I asked to be shown how to use the remote and set up remote access I was given the classic "That's not my job". Even if it's not your job you should know enough to say something more palatable like "Sir I'll have your salesman contact you about that". A mistake I made was not knowing that they demanded full payment immediately when the job was done. I should have stipulated in the contract for a 30 day grace period so the unit could have been thoroughly tested by me before paying the balance. The first time I used the unit for cooling I ended up with a waterfall in my house from the condensate flowing out of the vents of the indoor unit. This required a second technician to come out. Even though he was much more helpful and had a good attitude by then my opinion of this company had already soured to the point that I would recommend they NOT be used.

It has not gone at all. The appointment is for 12 days from now, on Dec 14. Unless they magically appeared and worked on the furnace, nothing has been done at this point. Remains to be seen how they will be rated.

All items were installed to my satisfaction. Very easy to work with. Ryan and his team know what they are doing. Will use them again.

The man who came to my house told me the snaking of my sink was not working and he requested to see my basement. While down there, he claimed I needed the whole basement floor dug up to put in new drainage pipes to the tune of over $3000. When I told him I didn't think I needed that and couldn't afford it, he said they would run pipes along my basement walls instead, although it wouldn't look pretty, but that would be less than $3000. I told him I would think about it. We went back to the original problem, the clogged kitchen sink, and he said he was 100% sure the snake didn't work. I told him to humor me, put the elbow back on and run the water. Much to HIS amazement, it worked. At that point, I was sure that man from T-Mark was trying to scam me as an older, single woman. I would NOT recommend them and I would never call them for service, if I can help it.

The men who came to replace our propane hot water heater with a gas one were very professional. They did their work quickly and efficiently. There was a dent in the first tank they brought and with no problems, they replaced it. Any questions we had were answered. They obviously knew their job.

Used Cellino Plumbing after review of both T Mark quotes. Pricing and knowledge of how to do the projects represented my choice of why I didn't use T Mark. If you want I can add that Cellino did a great job and I am satisfied with both jobs.

He was cold and definitely didn't want to be there based on our color. Said he could not re-light the pilot and we needed a new water tank and that he would contact us back he never did, but we knew that when he left. Ended up calling a different company and they actually re-lit the pilot with no problems and did not need a new water tank. T-mark please do better with training your people, racism should never be in a work place.
