+ -1 moreAwful. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Workers swearing during the repair, threatening to kill the counter person on the phone of a local hvac warehouse. Installed humidifier during new install. Technician did not know what an "orifice" was. Promptly flooded my new furnace with water. Blocked an existing home automation panel with cold air return duct to the extent of not being able to open the panel for maintenance. Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY
