Extremely overpriced! Like not even in the realm of other businesses. Only reason I went with them is because I needed the work done quickly. Would never use them again. Charged me over double what other companies quoted. They are scammers and try to get the most out of you.. Their plumbers are also salesman and get commissions off of upselling. Do not use them unless money is not important to you.

I called T Mark plumbing and after giving the operator all my information she informed me that they do not service my area. In the meantime I had a terrible leak and she could have told me that instead of wasting the 10 to 15 minutes it took me to give her all the info

All went very well. The guy from T-Mark was very professional, friendly and knew how to do what was needed. He completed everything in one day.

It went ok. They were supposed to come back to adjust the blower but never did. The took my window air conditioner out for me which was nice but they took it with them. They were supposed to look at video to see what happened to it and never responded to my inquiries. It was a borrowed window air conditioner which I had to spend money to replace.

It was done in a timely manner and the repairman was polite. I don’t have basement and he had to go in a crawl space to get the job done.

Okay. But they had to come back a couple times since the furnace wouldn’t start up.

Awesome. Any time I have called them it is never a long wait for them to schedule me. The on demand hot water system is amazing. There have not been any issues with it or any other work they have done

The tech came on site and assessed the repairs that needed to be done saving me a ton of money by not having to replace the entire boiler with a new one.

Took them 3 attemps using 3 different "plumbers".
