T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Would have been nice if the installer would have explained how to program the thermostat instead of having to go on line.

They came by and said they needed to come back due to parts availability and ghosted me. So...not sure why they're looking for a review. I have heard they do good work, but I really wouldn't know.

The men who came to replace our propane hot water heater with a gas one were very professional. They did their work quickly and efficiently. There was a dent in the first tank they brought and with no problems, they replaced it. Any questions we had were answered. They obviously knew their job.

Excellent, courteous & professional - after work was done, it felt like a new house, perfect temperature throughout home, no matter what season.

From the moment I phoned this company, their service before, during, and after the work was performed was excellent. In an era of poor customer service, T-Mark is a throw back to the days of personal, excellent customer service.

Terribled charge me $1800 the problem still wasn't fixed and then they wanted to charge me another $6000 I got the job done for 300 by someone else.

The technician was very thorough and professional. Also was very personable.

He was cold and definitely didn't want to be there based on our color. Said he could not re-light the pilot and we needed a new water tank and that he would contact us back he never did, but we knew that when he left. Ended up calling a different company and they actually re-lit the pilot with no problems and did not need a new water tank. T-mark please do better with training your people, racism should never be in a work place.

I have used T-Mark Plumbing on multiple occasions. Service was prompt, efficient and plumbers that provided services were knowledgeable. I would definitely use their services again.

Went very well and I had a new furnace filter and asked if he would switch it for me which he did no job he said. Also they accepted the national fuel $50.00 rebate. So you just pay them fill out the form and get your $50. check in mail from national fuel. It was inexpensive and tmark still excepted their own coupon on top of the rebate. Want to call back for my central air unit in spring hopefully with a coupon.

T-Mark did an excellent job. From initial visit to having a new furnace installed. The T-Mark team were all very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I have used them for plumbing and HVAC issues. I will use them again and highly recommend T-Mark.

Excellent workmanship, professional and done the same day. All new electrical was needed, full explanation of warranty, annual cleaning or services, and how the unit works. Very professional and personal.

They did an excellent job finding the root problem.I had a clogged pipe by the bubbler. I would recommend them for any job.

Used Cellino Plumbing after review of both T Mark quotes. Pricing and knowledge of how to do the projects represented my choice of why I didn't use T Mark. If you want I can add that Cellino did a great job and I am satisfied with both jobs.

Fine. They always explain what’s going on and what options are available. Always on time, clean up before they leave.

Well but expensive. I believe that was due to a minimum charge.
