We chose to wait as it turned out to be a replacement needed. The service person gave us all options, explained the pros and cons of each scenario and was able to give us an estimate. very thorough and educational. Would use when we decide to move forward

He was cold and definitely didn't want to be there based on our color. Said he could not re-light the pilot and we needed a new water tank and that he would contact us back he never did, but we knew that when he left. Ended up calling a different company and they actually re-lit the pilot with no problems and did not need a new water tank. T-mark please do better with training your people, racism should never be in a work place.

From the moment I phoned this company, their service before, during, and after the work was performed was excellent. In an era of poor customer service, T-Mark is a throw back to the days of personal, excellent customer service.

T-Mark tried to sell me a new furance for $2800.00 instead of fixing the old one. I had another plumber come and he fixed it for $300.00. I don't trust them anymore.

They came by and said they needed to come back due to parts availability and ghosted me. So...not sure why they're looking for a review. I have heard they do good work, but I really wouldn't know.

Outrageously expensive, service guy was arrogant, unhelpful, would not listen to me when I told him what the town code was. They had to come back twice to get it up to code.

Everything went fine and he was done in no time.
