I was very happy with the quality of this contractors work. He quickly solved the problem with the rusted out post and the hinges on my gate. He was very conscientious of how he left my property. I will use him again.

I really appreciate this company. They gave me a time, but they ran into traffic. However, they kept me aware of where they were and that they were still coming. I appreciate that because they did not leave me hanging. He came and did a wonderful job. My job was completed in a timely manner and very professionally. I will be using this company again. He gave me a quote which was very reasonably. He came at the time that he said he would come. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up after the job. Gave me some advice about my fence. Will hire him again when I need welding.

This was my first experience with Angisâ . I was completely satisfied! Mark was ready to work when he came to give an estimate! His price was very fair and he was ready to fix my gate immediately. Mark gave us a contract which stated that he would fix our metal porch and clean up all the debris afterwards. Well, he did a great job repairing our porch, but he conveniently â forgot the large pieces of metal debris and 2 bags of metal shavings that he claimed were not his, but had not been there before and looked exactly like the pieces from the damaged porch he removed. He then ignored all texts and phone calls, essentially ghosting us. I would have hired him back again to finish the other half of the porch when we were ready, but he went and breached the contract he himself wrote and never finished the job. I called him on an old phone number and he answered it, claimed the other phone screen was broken and he is be back to finish and clean up. Stupidly I believed in his honesty, but I was disappointed again. It is been over a week and now he does not answer calls on either phone, respond to texts, and his vm is full. Save yourselves the aggravation and find someone else.

Although Mark does excellent work in the area of metal fabrication (he did a beautiful job fixing and replacing a metal back porch that had become rusty and was dangerous to walk on), he does not treat his customers right! I had hired him in the past without an issue, so I was happy to rehire him for this job. The previous job didn't result in any debris, so maybe that's why it was a one and done job for him. The current job resulted in two small bags of extremely heavy metal shavings and two large rusty metal plates that needed to be removed from my premises. The crazy thing is, the contract that HE WROTE AND GAVE US included the removal of all debris from the job! And yet, said debris is still in my backyard, over a week past the completion of the job. To top it off, he pretty much ghosted me, ignoring my texts and calls. I happened to call on his older number (from the previous job) and he answered the phone and apologized for not taking the garbage and claimed he be back "tomorrow" (now yesterday!) to take the stuff. He claimed his other phone screen broke and that's why he hasn't finished the job. I gave him the benefit of the doubt till now, but he hasn't shown for two days since that call and I don't understand why he would do that. Word to the wise: LOOK ELSEWHERE TO HIRE! He will leave you holding the bag!

Mark was quick to diagnose a broken handle and padlock loop on our metal gate. He was able to fix it within a few days (was not an emergency) and charged a very fair price.
