Kazi and his team are professional, thorough, communicative and punctual. We had some mixed luck with other contractors on Angie's List (even ones who were spoken of highly), but Kazi showed us how he earned his excellent ratings. He does not cut corners, makes great judgment calls with minimal direction, and seems to genuinely enjoy what he's doing. We are already looking forward to booking him for another job.

Work was performed well. All was as agreed. Price was reasonable given high quality of work. Professional and well organized. Would hire again and recommend.

This was my second time hiring Mr. Ismail and I was again very happy with the quality of the work! He is very pleasant and nice to deal with and the outcome looks very nice. His tiling man Andreas is very gifted and good at what he does! I am very pleased and would hire him again!

Overall, it went really well. There were some little areas that needed fixing after they were done, and they came back twice to make those small changes very promptly and at no additional cost. They want their customers to be happy with the final product. They are kind, direct, and good at what they do. They will help you find good deals from vendors for materials.

In the end, the job turned out satisfactorily. There were some adjustments to made, and this was done quickly, and professionally. I was consulted all the way through the project, and was given the choices I wanted.

Kazi (Owner) was very professional from beginning to end. He came and gave me an estimate and when I decided to hire. He came back wrote the contract, told me when he was coming and came on time as scheduled. The work was completed in 3 days between repairing and clean up. When I had a complaint about the fence. He returned my call promptly and told me he would come back and correct the problem, so I wouldn't have to worry. He did show up and fix the problem with no argument. He is a trustworthy person, that I would recommend to friends and family. Very reasonable prices.

Great!!! Kazi and his crew arrived on time and did not stop until the work was done. They worked long days in a dirt-floored low-ceiling space. They remained cheerful and responsive throughout. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for painting, floor work, etc

I hired Rahat Construction Company to retile my bathroom and I am very happy that I did! After experiencing a very bad experience with a construction company in the past , I was left feeling jaded and sceptical. Mr. Ismail proved me all wrong! He was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and nice person and he seemed to genuinely care about making his customer happy and about the quality of his work. They replaced and retiled my bathroom's shower body after a bad previous work. I am very happy with the quality of the work and tiles are laid beautifully and perfectly on the wall. Mr.Ismail was always available by phone and showed up always on time to start the work and to any scheduled meetings we had. He also completed the work on time which was very important to me as we have tenants in the apartment. Overall I am very happy with his company and will be definitely using them again for any other projects i have in my house!

Thanks to Kazi and the Rahat construction crew I have a beautiful, functional renovated bathroom. The bathroom likes like what I envisioned and the cost was worth every penny. This is the 3rd project they have done in my home and intend to use them in the future for other projects. Thanks again.

The owner of Rahat Construction, Mr. Kazi Ismail, supervised the whole job by himself. The whole job is done excellently and I am 100% satisfied. Mr. Kazi and his crew are very professional and experienced in the job they done.

Rahat Construction Corp was previously hired by me for power washing of bricks, pointing and painting. Access was required to the roof for this service at which time, I was informed that sections of the roofing material was bubbled and would require attention prior to the winter. Kazi and his team removed all the bubble roofing material, repaired those sections and replaced with new high quality material. He sealed parapet walls with flashing materials, silver coated the entire roof and removed all materials from the roof for sanitation pick-up. I was extremely pleased with the work done in the expected time frame and the professionalism exhibited by workers. I will consider hiring this corporation for future work in my home.

Rahat Construction Corp. lived up to their honorary designation as noted in the July 2016 edition of Angie's list. From our initial contact with the owner, he outlined work needed, costs and timeline for the completion of the work. The owner and the workers arrived everyday on time ready to work and they were meticulous at the end of the day in cleaning up and safeguarding neighbors property from debris. I was extremely pleased with the work done and will use this company for future projects and highly recommend them.

It went very well. It was done quickly and nicely. They clean up after themselves which is very important in my book. We had a few snafoos with the laundry room, but they rolled with the punches and got it all done to my satisfaction. I now have a very nice to look at laundry room that is usable. The outside looks like new. I love their work. I have two more jobs that I need to get done and I will call them back for it.

overall a good job and a positive experience....pretty much met my expectations / good communication with home owner in making decisions from details of work contract to selection of paint color / completion of work in a reasonable amount of time / abide by work schedule of 8 - 4 but may prolong day if absolutely necessary / competitive pricing / pleasant folks to deal with / the overall score would be excellent if not for one or two instances showing a less than perfect finishing touch that was discussed with Kazi. I'd gladly revise the score provided they go over the relatively minor spots in question.

Rahat was hired to in August and completed job within a few days. Workers came in the morning and worked throughout the day. Workers worked diligently and cleaned up every day. Very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely hire again.

Rahat construction (Kazi) and his team did a fabulous job. After the job i had 200 people gathering in my House and everyone ask us who did the job. Rahat construction and his crew were always mindful of working around my family, putting things back exactly as they found them, etc. We've had a few minor touch up requests and (Kazi) has been all over it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend (Kazi) I already have 2 times and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

It went very well. He and his crew were hard working and good natured. We had some trouble getting one of the cars out of the way for the work to start, but the guys took the time to help us out and did so without complaint. In addition, when they started digging up the sidewalk, they found that it was as much as 7" deep in some parts -- this made their day longer, but they again did their job without issue. I received many estimates, but Kazi's was the most reasonable. And despite the unexpected extra work and materials the job required, Kazi did not alter the original quote. And my sidewalk looks great!
