service man was knowledgable, curious and kind. We had a part that was broken and he went to out to buy the piece and install it. The part was paid by me with no additional charge. Service charge was minimal and affordable.

Very professional, honest, knows what they're doing.

I spoke with a representative around noon and by 3 O'clock 2 men were at my house examining my HVAC system. They explained to me what their service contract was and what was covered. They were both very professional and now my HVAC unit is under a yearly service contract with Panda.

Hvac Panda was prompt to answer and schedule the service call. They were very helpful with tips on how to properly maintain the units and find the proper filter for them. We hired them to do some dryer duct cleaning as well.

These guy are awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They finished the job in 3 days and it was not easy pulling old AC out of attic and installing a new one. They work very clean. It was a pleasure to deal with people who actually did what they promised. I am glad I called them.
