Description of Work: Biggest problem was with the delivery service, not Lowes. They scratched |newly finished wood floors. They installed new refrigerator too close to wall and had to come back to move it a couple of inches. Did not supply all the screws needed. I would use again but would keep a closer watch on what they were doing instead of having confidence in them.

Description of Work: Design and built kitchen good. Kitchen design staff very professional and responsive during initial phase. Once installed did not respond to calls to fix cabinets's scratches. Granite stone is not sealed. Remodel bathroom take bathtub out and substitute for a shower stall was built well. The contract is very general and did not give specific costs for each item in the scope of work even when requested repeatedly. The workers doing the job pointed out problems to the contractor who then asked them to fix these. The workers they hired were very experienced and professional.

Description of Work: We wanted to purchase a new storm door. We were told it would be $35.00 to have a "professional" measure the door for us. We paid. They finally measured for the door (Took FOREVER). We went to get the results & were denied access to the information we paid $35.00 for... We were told by the manager "TROY" that the information was for the contractor only. He stated that if there was a mistake and we tried to do the work ourselves, they could be responsible. (Wait...you hire a professional to measure the door, there should be no mistake.) After at least a 30 minute argument, we finally were given our money back. We also managed to get the results (Where we were told our door would have to be custom made since it was not a standard size, and would cost an extra 100.00 or so...) So we went straight to Home Depot. Something in their system was down, so we were given a free door measurement Turns out our door was "Standard" size. Did not need to be special ordered or need any special installation. Home Depot did the work and gained a loyal customer. Lowe's of Staten Island NY will never get another dollar from us. Also, it is very possible Lowes of SI was trying to take advantage of us as female customers.

I THINK THE PRICE IS REASONABLE AND THE WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY CUT THE TILE NEATLY AND INSTALLED IT PROPERLY. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETE THE TILE WAS SPARKLING WHITE AND IT LOOKED GORGEOUS.
