Description of Work: Len's correctly diagnosed the problem with my fridge after another company had incorrectly identified the problem and would not guarantee their work. After the initial service call, Len's ordered the parts and came back the next week to install. Overall I found them very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

+ -1 moreCalled for an appointment on Thursday, the woman who answered the phone tried to squeeze me in before the weekend, but couldn't find an opening. Called me back within the hour and offered a Wednesday AM appointment. It wasn't the best scenario but I took the appointment. Elliot called me Tuesday afternoon to confirm. Then called me before he came on Wednesday and asked me to describe the machine and what was happening. He diagnosed the problem and brought all necessary parts! Told me he would be here between 9:30 and 10, he showed up at 9:45! This is a family owned and run business. Elliot is Len's son. He was great to have in my home, we talked about our kids, etc. while he was working. I asked him about a few other appliance issues and he gave me an estimate. GREAT GUY! GREAT SERVICE!
Description of Work: Washing machine stopped spinning. Something to do with the door latch. Replaced part, whole process took under an hour.

Description of Work: My Viking Refrigerator was still on warranty so there was no charge. The freezer wasn't as cold as it should have been. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem as a small relay switch, which he replaced.

+ -1 moreThe lady who answered the phone was extremely friendly and courteous. The repairman was on time. But I was told the service call would be $95, and I was charged $125. Which kind of stinks since I still have a broken dishwasher. The repairman also took a quick look at the ice-maker in the freezer, which is constantly icing over, and said we needed a new dispenser. He said he would have the company call me with an estimate on the price of the part, and I never heard from them... it has now been almost a month.
Description of Work: Service call for a broken dishwasher, The repairman came to check it out, but said the problem was electrical and so he could not fix it. It was a problem with either the wiring in the dishwasher or our homes wiring.
