Brighter Tomorrows Carpet Cleaning

We have had him several times this year. It was probably in the spring after Easter and then we used them again after Christmas. We plan to call him again.

Cleaning took less than an hour. Sofa and rug looks and smells much cleaner.

Great. I called on a Sat. night. I expected to leave a message. Vincent answered live. What a pleasant surprise. He came the next day on Sunday to do the job. He was prompt and reliable and got to my mother's house exactly when he said he would. He did a super job. He got rid of the standing water with a wet vac, including into a crawl space. He neatly bagged everything on the floor that was wet and ruined. Put all the bags to the front curb to be picked up. He kept checking with my mother whether something should be saved or had sentimental value. Very considerate. He set up an industrial dehumidifier and fan to dry out the place. Came the next day to check how things were. Didn't ask for payment until two days after that when all was dry and complete. He was a savior! Very professional . I would recommend him highly for carpets or damage control.

vinnie did a fantastic job. He explained what could and couldn't be done so he was totally honest. And then I felt he did more than he said he could do. He also through in the hall carpet and stairs and they turned out perfectly

Vinnie was great. Made appt right away for next day with estimate over the phone, which I thought would be sketchy, but he held to his estimate. Called back later in afternoon to say that since it would be very rainy the next day (major storms) he didn't think it was a good idea to do the basement that day and we rescheduled for a few days later. Texted an hour before to confirm his arrival (at my request) and was on time. Performed all services quickly with no issues. Pricing was very fair and he held to his estimate; did the two area rugs for free and another spot on another rug for free. Cleaning and deodorizing all done as well as can be. I will be hiring annually for carpet cleaning in my basement with kids and dogs. Great job.

I called Vincent on the same day that I needed my carpets cleaned. He returned my call quickly and was able to come on the same day. He arrived on the time that we agreed upon. He quoted me a price, I agreed and he did the work. He was very professional and cleaned my carpets great. He removed any stains that were there. I would definitely use him again.

Vincent called to say exactly when he would arrive, came a few minutes early and did a great job. He used a few methods to get rid of all the pet fur plus the cleaning. I cannot breath any sort of harsh chemicals and had no problems with anything he used (plant based). He is very experienced and everything went very smoothly.

Vincent is a perfect gentleman, in every sense of the word. He was a bit early, but called before ringing my bell to check if it was OK. He accessed the areas to be cleaned before starting. I had purchased his special for 3 rooms. I actually had one hallway and two flights of steps, which I mentioned to him while setting up the appointment. He said it was fine. However, my house is quite large and when Vincent arrived he said my hallway was three times the size of an a typical hallway, but honored the price in spite of the size. I compensated him for the discrepancy, but he never disputed the quote. When he was finished my carpets shined. Every stain was gone, even those that were questionable. His products are entirely green and smell delish! The entire experience was a delight. I used a carpet cleaner for 30 years until he recently retired. Since then, I have been in search for someone that could do as good a job. Well, my search is over. Vincent wins the prize!

Excellent! Vinny did an exceptionally good job and was very efficient and courteous. He explained the process and updated us on his progress. Vincent was incredibly responsive, patient, professional and just lovely to work with. He responded immediately to my request for service and was willing to do the job the very next day. I had to wait an additional day due to MY schedule. He was punctual, as neat as one could expect, explained the entire process, including the order in which the jobs would be completed, how long the carpets/rug would take to dry and then some! His price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again. The next day, I realized I should have had him clean some upholstered furniture pieces while he was here, but I will call him another time for that service.

The entire experience went perfectly. Vinnie was a pleasure to work with. He communicated immediately, determined our needs, and set up an appointment right away. He appeared at our home to the minute he had said he would be here. We needed two sofas cleaned, which had never been cleaned previously. We could not have been happier with the results. Although they are more than twenty five years old, they actually look new again. We would highly recommend Vinnie to anyone who wants excellent professional, reliable service.

I still can't believe my eyes. Vinny the owner was fantastic and so was his assistant--professional, courteous, punctual and competent. The price was very reasonable and fair. I very highly recommend this company and glad that I now have someone to call that I can trust if my carpeting or upholstery needs cleaning.

He came and vacuumed, then steam cleaned the carpet. There was at least a 90% improvement in the look / smell of a heavily soiled area.

Vinnie did an outstanding job. He explained the types of products he was using and the cleaning process before getting started. He worked efficiently and was professional and very polite. I will definitely be hiring him again as my two dogs are always making some sort of mess!
