Vincent came on time, explained what he was going to do and why. Cleaned my area rug perfectly, got my pet stains out, carpet looked amazing.

He did a fantastic, and was very fast!

Brighter Tomorrows Carpet Cleaning cleaned 4 rooms of carpet around 800 square feet anddid a bang up job. The bedrooms look brand new and the living anddining area look like new. Just a few serious stains left minor disoloration but I didn't expect that they woul look as good as they do. All in all, an excellent job and well worth the money.

Vinny was outstanding. He stopped by the day after we spoke to give an estimate that was better than most. After reading some other reviews, I decided to go with him. He was local so he was able to come do the job the next day. He was extremely polite & professional which you don't see as often these days. He did a great job in less time than we expected. He even gave us a spot cleaning shampoo for free which most contractors would have tried to sell. I will definitely be using him again & have already recommended him to other Friends & Family. Vincent was easy to talk to on the phone, and he fit me into his schedule for the day and time I asked for. He showed up on time and ready to work. He agreed to clean four "areas" which is a loose term; but worked for me. He agreed to clean 2 area rugs, a staircase, and a basement carpet area. He did this, and did it well. But, what I was most impressed with was that he also did an additional staircase, and 3 additional area rugs AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, and without me even asking him to! It's hard enough to get a worker to do what they say they will; Vincent did even more than he said he would. I highly recommend their services. I look forward to using them again in the future.

carpet came out great but my expectations were to high. they look good but did not smell fresh .

Vinny called to confirm and he arrived on time. Explained what he would do and how the furniture would turn out. Pretty much what he said was correct. He even cleaned a little ottoman that was in the room and also vacuumed the area rug when he was done. Very nice person and easy to talk to. He did ask if I needed anything else done carpets, etc. but at the time I didn't need anything else done. I would call him again and recommend him.

Vincent showed up on time and was polite and professional. He went about his business quickly and neatly, made interesting conversation with my wife. The work turned out great once it dried. My wife sent him off with a bag of home made cookies! The experience was a positive one and would have Vincent back in my home in the future and recommend him highly!

Purchased this deal on Thurs.,11/13 and listed three possible days before Thanksgiving, thinking we would be lucky to fit in the schedule on such short notice. Got an email back to call Vinny and did so on Fri., 11/14. Originally scheduled for Sat., 11/15 but once I texted the location details, he called and said the appointment was unrealistic and could he come Sun., 11/16. We arranged for his arrival between 9:30 and 10...he called at 9:20 to say in was a half hour out and knocked on our door at 9:45. Showed him the rooms, confirmed extra work, and he rolled his equipment in and started. (By the way, we had gotten up early and lifted everything off the carpeting so that he would not be hampered by chairs, runners, and other stuff easy to lift.) The job went very smoothly and by 11:30, he was ready to pack it up. Vinny was very professional, explained what was to be done, kept to the schedule, and was very personable to talk to. We would highly recommend him and plan to share our experience with family & friends. This is the second A we have given to an Angie's List Provider, the first being to Triple S Roofing in Jamesport.
