Vinny contacted me right away once & purchased carpet cleaning for a room. We set an appointment up with in a day of the initial contract. It was prompt courteous! – not only did he perform the carpet cleaning for the bedroom; closet but also cleaned several area carpets at no xtra charge. Made suggestions for future! Also left several business cards & my suggestions-would definity hire again and recommend.

Absolutely great. Vinny returned my call promptly, worked with my scheduling and was extremely kind and professional. The rugs had not been cleaned in several years and they came out beautifully. He was very thorough and got up the stains that I'd been trying to get up on my own and got rid of most of the dog hair. A very effortless, easy experience. I appreciate the extra care Vinny took to treat our carpets for pet odors. We have a dog and a cat. Our house smells great. He did excellent work on the stained, high-traffic area pointed out by my husband. However, Vinny missed a couple of other stains and failed to address a short 4-step staircase after agreeing to clean it.

Vinny contacted us right away and scheduled service for the following week. He was on time and very professional. We're very pleased with the results and have now found our new carpet guy. Thanks, Vinny!

Punctual and quick. Called to see if he can come an hour earlier due to other jobs ending. Said ok, and he arrived early. All services finished within an hour. Cleaned my carpet in my office and remove old salt stains. Cleaned the chairs in reception for free, and clean my door mat as well for free. Highly recommended provider.

The service was great. The provider was on time which is very important to me. I added the second set of stairs when he showed up, and I believe he gave me a very reasonable price. Price also included a scotch guard treatment as well. I highly recommend this provider.

Vincent did a great job and the price was so reasonable. He offered to clean my ottoman for free which was really nice. He cleaned and put on protective coating which is really helpful since I have a little toddler in the house.

Outstanding. Vinnie was professional, punctual and very kind. He offered to clean an area rug (no charge) and even vacuumed before cleaning. My carpets look brand new.
