The cleaning helped but didn't remove some stains which the gentleman warned. He did the job with no guarantees was on time polite but I would have liked better results. Good for general refreshing of upholstery

It went as well as I expected. The pet stain was a couple of days old when I found it. I tried to remove it myself, but I realized I needed a professional. Vincent from Brighter Tomorrows Carpet Cleaning did a good job on the carpet and gave me advice since I plan to replace the old carpeting in the near future.

Excellent very pleased. The provider was very professional, was careful with his equipment in my house and did a very thorough cleaning of my sofa.

The gentleman came over several hours late. This is not how to run a business. I really do not mind waiting over an hour but I need you to call me not me repeatedly calling you. That being said I will employ him again and will give him the second chance to be on time. As he said it was an emergency and he did do a good job.

Vinny was an extremely nice and professional to work with. He confirmed my appointment time a day prior, arrived on time, and finished earlier than expected. The rugs look great and his pricing was very reasonable. He even offered to clean two extra rugs for free (in addition to the one he previously agreed to clean for free, as per our phone conversation). I would highly reccomend!

He was patient when I did not get back to him right away and was still able to set an appointment for the very next day and accommodate my schedule. The job was done quickly and although it is not completely dry I cannot believe the results. He even said we have the most beautiful couch he's ever seen :)

I got an appointment promptly. Vincent called advance to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. He fiinshed in about an hour. Everything looks wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend him and have already told my friends.

He called night before to confirm, and as I requested he called 15 min before arriving. He looked over the areas to be cleaned, did some pre treating of stains, explained which areas might not come as clean of expect due to stains. He cleaned carpet in each of the areas was very neat. He was friendly & easygoing. Price quoted $159 was what final bill came to. Did not try to do add on’s to increase price. I am very satisfied. Would use again & recommend to family members.
