I recommend Empire Secure Installation for TV mounting. Karim did a great job mounting my TV and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I was able to set up an appointment easily, he was responsive helped me pick a package and walked me through everything. He was able to come out 2 days after I originally reaching out to him. He brought all the required tools and even let me know about adding an audio cable so I would be able to have my sound system hooked up right. The installation was done in an hour and the TV looks amazing. I am considering using them on another TV as well. Definitely recommend using Empire!

Job proposal was tailored to my needs, not what the company wanted to sell me or based on a price point they prefer, like other AV companies I have worked with. Professional work, did not damage walls although had to move many wires to another room, excellent set up of all equipment and explantion.

The provider was extremely knowledgeable and paid close attention to detail. They listened to our business needs and executed the job to meet all of those needs. When we had some trouble getting certain equipment, the technicians came up with temporary solutions so that we could continue to conduct business without interruption. Technitians were extremely punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient. I would use them again and again. I highly recommend them.

Karim was very responsive and arrived on time and prepared. The quote was prompt and a picture was requested to ensure it was as comprehensive as possible. Upon arrival, the team assessed the project and confirmed the services needed; they were very flexible and provided the service needed and not just what was quoted. For example, Karim realized that my floating shelf was not properly secured and adjusted accordingly. He also added outlets to streamline the wires. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend to others.

Rahm did a great job. Very clean and organized. Came on time. Very knowledgeable about his work.

Awesome job, was here same day (after 5pm even) and stayed until job was done. Helped program TV and we didnt pay for that service. Refunded part of fee since he could not run HDMI cable into new location based on my walls insulation.

These guys were great/very professional. Arrived on time/knew exactly what they were doing/worked quickly and efficiently. They worked well as a team. They cleaned up what little mess they made. They wiped down the television. I would definitely hire them again as I have a second tv on the top floor which I wasn't sure the tenant wanted mounted. And I would recommend them without reservation. Thanks guys.

He Called to verify our e-mail that the appointment was okay for the 30th and gave an approximate window for the installation. He showed up earlier than when he stated that he could be later, so the timing was somewhat confusing as I had another appointment with another worker for a different service that was scheduled and on time. He arrived and after waiting a few minutes proceeded in side to the bedroom and began checking for studs in the appointed location, put on the bracket and screwed on the TV and pluged it in to make sure it was working properly . He and his co worker provided a very efficient working team and I am very pleased with the job that was done. I will be contacting him again in the future for another install.

Provider contacted me to make an appointment, and he was persistent even though it was a holiday. We made arrangement on January 1st. He came on time. Very professional and pleasant to work with. He told me it would take approximately 45 min, but it took almost double time because I had a problem with a wall. A few times he send his helper to the store to buy a different bracket and some other supply. The work was done very clean and aesthetically beautiful. They also cleaned after themselves. Definitely will recommend and use them again. Thank you for the wonderful job.

Karim of Empire Secure Installation Inc communicated with me very effectively to schedule the installation of a new 58" flat panel TV that my wife and I purchased as a gift for our son's family in his home. We jointly picked a date and time interval for the installation and I met Karim and his assistant at the house. Karim showed up right on time. Karim and his assistant took great care with the TV and the premises to quickly and efficiently mount the TV to the wall. They were careful to ensure the TV was positioned just as we wanted. Included in the installation was the mount and HDMI cables. They also ensured the cables were hidden, installing a cable track to do so. Karim ensured the TV was properly working and gave us a run through of the new remote and features of the new Smart TV. I highly recommend Empire Secure Installation Inc!

Empire was extremely efficient and honest and used as much of our existing system as possible while adding much needed new equipment which was well worth the money. Empire?s technicians were polite and punctual. I would highly recommend Empire to anyone for security or AV projects.

It couldn't have been better a very professional installation. The wires were hidden in the wall. We could not be more satisfied!!! We would not hesitate to recommend them. Very professional & a pleasure to deal with.
