I paid Colin $2500 and my roof still leaks. He could never tell me a time that he could return to fix his initial repairs. It was also very difficult to get him to send me a signed contract with a warranty. He was very nice initially but after I paid him his attitude changed. He called me a loser when I threatened to take him to court due to lack of services provided. I had to hire another Roofer, and they did the job for half the price. I have never had an experience like this before. I feel like he just took the money, did a few patch repairs (he was never on the roof for more than 15 minutes) and ran. I would never hire him again and I want my money back because he was totally ineffective.

Colin responded to my call about a leaking slate roof very promptly, despite the fact that it was raining heavily and he probably had lots of calls.
