Description of Work: They replaced a valve on my mater water line in from the street, which I couldn't do without shutting off the water outside (who knows where the valve is...buried in tree roots maybe? That could have been a mess). Pete? Dean? Sorry...he was great...he froze the line and replaced the valve. Very professionally done, and professional level of service.

Description of Work: Service visit by Dean was excellent in all respects, though the price was a little high. Sales call by Keith went OK, and he said I would have a quote on a new furnace and water heater by a week later on Aug 28. No quote, no call by Sep 3, so I signed with Farrell Bros. Finally got Keith's quote later on Sep 3. No good, Keith.

Description of Work: Installed natural gas line from outside the front of the house to inside the basement. Fabricated piping to accommodate tight spaces perfectly. Also installed a new gas hot water heater. All work done by Nick was perfect. Definitely using this company to do my next project of installing a new water pump system.

Description of Work: Have used Chrisafulli plumbers for twenty years. Needed to have the water service to the washer redone. Called at 1:15PM, the plumber arrived at 2PM. Did an excellent job. Helped me with a duct issue as well. Plumbers are never inexpensive, but they were prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater, toilet & two faucets. Came when they said they would and did the work efficiently. Removed old equipment and left the spaces where they worked very clean, left no trash behind. Employees were very polite. Had to leave them in the house by themselves for a couple of hours and had no problems (nothing missing or damaged). Would definitely recommend them. Not the cheapest quote, but worth the money to me.

Description of Work: Tune-up on my Trane HVAC system. Tech called to let me know he was on his way, prompt, perfect service. we bought a service contract for the A/C side that we paid for back in April, and the furnace service in the fall was part of that, just can't remember how much. All went great and happy to recommend.
